This was my first experience with Dr. Fay. First, I was thankful that I called in at the right time. Instead of getting an appointment 6 months out, I got in the very next day because someone canceled. Got there, greeted by the lovely reception crew. In a few minutes I was called to the back and X-RAYS were on the way. Technician prompt and professional. She discussed the importance of dental health and how brushing was important. Later, I went to another room where I waited for the doctor. That Technician Rachael was polite as she informed me that the doctor would join us shortly. He was detained attending to another patient. Finally, he appeared bright eyes and smiling. Very pleasant demeanor. He completed the exam and I knew this office was a keeper. I would recommend Dr. Fay to my friends. Thanks you all for a pleasant experience.

Amazing service! Warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere all around! I had some concerns with my overall dental treatment plan and Dr Moeller addressed them all. My dental tech was an advocate for me too, which was remarkable to me. My Dental Hygienist, Stephanie, was amazing too. As I was leaving the office, the staff had ordered pizzas for their teams. It really showed that everyone loves to be here and take pride in the office. I can’t wait to come back and I am extremely grateful that the entire team has let me join them as a customer.

The dental staff was very courteous and professional. The dentist, Dr. Moeller and assistant explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They fit me into the schedule, due to my tooth problem, even though I was a new patient and hadn’t even had my first visit yet! My first experience with them was very impressive and I would recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

It seems funny to say I truly enjoy going to Dr. Fay’s office considering they are my dentists but everyone at this office has been wonderful to be seen by! The procedures are done with care and they use all the latest equipment. I highly recommend this dentist!

I recently completed my bi-annual cleaning and check up. The office staff was professional and friendly checking me in and out for my visit. My dental hygienist was also very professional and friendly. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr Faye came by and did a finale exam and ensured I was up to date on my current dental status and made sure any questions I might have were addressed. As always the customer service was top notch and I would recommend this dental team to anyone in search of a new dentist.

I am very happy with my visit. The staff was so kind and helpful. Probably one of the best cleanings I have ever had. Had some staining on my teeth and the hygienist cleaned until the staining was gone. Dr. Mueller was thorough, professional and is equally a pleasure to do business with. He took his time and answered all my questions. So glad I found this practice.

No one likes getting a cavity filled, but my care team was wonderful. Dr. Mueller made sure I was comfortable. Like having a spa day he says. Well not quite, but it was one of my best experiences having a tooth filled. I highly recommend all the staff at Dr Fay's office.

I was in the office today for a minor procedure. As always everyone was cordial and efficient. The receptionist recognized me when I got there and checked me in immediately. Dr. Fay and his assistant were very gracious. I would recommend Dr.Fay to anyone looking for a dentist!

This office is awesome. I have been going here for 12 years and will never change. The staff and the dentists are amazing. I am afraid of the dentist and they do everything possible to make me comfortable. I definitely recommend.

I have always received outstanding service from Dr. Fay and his caring staff. I have been a patient of first Dr. Henry (now retired) and now Dr. Fay, since moving to Delaware from New Jersey 20 years ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient/dedicated group.

My appointment today was the final one for my partial. After root canals and crowns and fittings I have the partial that I was hoping for. It’s lovely and I so appreciate the work from the Dr.s and staff for making this experience work.

It was a pleasant experience, yes, It is a dentist office. But thet explain everything and that helps to decrease your level of anxiety. Great experience.

Went in thinking the worst about a tooth that broke. Luckily it wasn’t broken to the root and can be a watch and see follow up! Thanks Dr Moeller!

The hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth. She was thorough and she was GREAT at communication as she talked me step by step through the process. I can get anxiety when it comes to dental work and she really helped quash that fear. In addition the staff at the desks are very diligent as well. Lastly if you get a window room you can watch the finches and sparrows on the feeders outside. Great experience.

If going to the dentist can be fun, my recent visit was! It is a happy place to be. All the staff seem to enjoy their jobs which says a lot in today’s times; and, helps their clients to relax.
