JC Licht Ace Berwyn

I can’t say enough of about my great experience at the JC Licht in Berwyn. I had a large and complicated order that required a lot of attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful —specifically Jacob — putting everything together and taking the time to review the details with me. If I ever need a gallon of paint again, I won’t go any place else!

The team at Ace really did a great job of customer service. Jacob in the paint department went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for to finish my bathroom job that day. It is rare to find customer service like that today. Thank you so much for you help and I would highly recommend shopping at this location.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I had a very pleasant experience earlier this afternoon that I felt compelled to share…this morning I went into the Berwyn location looking to color match a paint I bought many years ago, a very virtuous young man was able to assist me. I believe his name was Nathan, I’m not very sure. Nevertheless, he matched it perfectly and was polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

Nice and helpful! A young man helped me get the right allen wrench for my daughter's bike!! Everyone is very helpful and kind!

Today I came into JC Licht for my painting needs. Jacob came right up and helped me pick colors and decide what would be the best sheen for each room. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products he was selling to me, To top it off he also helped me carry all my stuff to my car.

Store was full of associates willing to help. Came here for a paint match and was beyond satisfied. Guys behind the counter knew what they were doing and provided me with a legit PERFECT paint match. Couldn't be happier.

They didn’t have the part that I needed, but Gary called around to find one in stock at another location, and made sure that it was waiting for me on arrival. Above and beyond, will shop here again

Went here on a whim to return an item. I asked them if they by chance had a color of paint that had been discontinued. I’ve searched everywhere including eBay to find it. No luck for the past two years. The sales associate (forgot her name but she was exceptional) went to the basement and found the last can. Honesty think it’s the last can in the country. So grateful for her. This is customer service that doesn’t exist anywhere else. Will never go to another hardware or paint store in my life after this amazing costumer experience. Thank you.

I bout a specific pover tool i needed that was available here. The person that helped me looked knowledgeable about the product and other stuff i needed.

This little gem of a hardware store is great. I love supporting the independently owned ace in true value hardware stores. They’re doing some remodeling and it’s going to look great. Everything I need. Keys, paint, tools, you name it. Please support small businesses.
