Walgreens Pharmacy at Rush Copley Medical Center

I love the staff here. They remember me even though I only see them once a month or just call them once a month. I feel very valued.

October 2022, was told Walgreens closed about a year ago. There is a gift shop where they have a few sundries, but mostly gifts.

Incompetent. I get a prescription every month sent to this Walgreens and every single month I have problems. Such as calling me and saying it's ready. I go to pick it up and then they say it's not ready come back in an hour. I come back and it's still not ready. They can't seem to order my prescription ahead of time or even on time. Now I have to resort to saving my medication until they do the job properly. They called last week and they said it was ready. I called to make sure and they said it wasn't. So I asked why. They said it's out of stock. No reason why. They suggest me options. I follow options. I then call to see if they did the job they just got told to do and they didn't. If I have to call Walgreens every week to make sure they put in a delivery for my medication then why don't I also get paid $26 an hour? I have to now struggle through days bc of incompetent people. Thanks for 2 years of misery. I plan to switch insurance so CVS can do good to me again.
