The service experience was great. It was easy to drop off my vehicle and get it checked in. I ate my lunch in the lounge while the work was done. In a short time the staff made me aware the work was complete and I was on my way.

Hello, I just wanted to share my experience with Kent County Motors. I drove there a few weeks back from about 4 hours away to look at an Uber low mileage (about 41500) 2005 Toyota RAV4 (as I was looking for a good commuter vehicle). I was greeted by a kind and friendly fellow named Rodney who ended up helping me during my visit. The vehicle hadn’t been detailed yet so it wasn’t pretty but nothing a good detail wouldn’t take care of.
It was solid otherwise and looked worth trying to get financing on. That part was a little bumpy as the big banks being unable to approve me due to lack of variety in my credit despite having great credit overall (and a good size down payment) as well as some hard limits on their loan terms that financing an older lower price vehicle a bit challenging.
I was then recommended trying the credit union I bank with as a last ditch effort so I wouldn’t leave empty handed after driving all that way.
I went through that process on my phone in about 15 minutes and was approved right away.
Great! Now on to Rodney doing a few more things ahead of going to the financing office to sign the purchase agreement documents. There was a little bit of a wait before I was brought back due to the financing manager being busy.
The next hurdle was getting the down payment paid out. That was solved by running to the credit union the next day to get a cashiers check I could mail to them along with the loan check and proof of insurance.
Fast forward a week and I drove back up there in a rental vehicle so I could get the RAV4 back home. Rodney was understanding and laid back which you can’t ask for more when going through the car buying process. He handled everything without so much as a hiccup so the process overall went nice and smooth.
I would definitely recommend Kent County Motors as a reputable trustworthy dealership.

I can’t express how much these guys helped out. You never get good service from anyone anymore and these guys went above and beyond when they had no reason to. My truck went in from another dealer I bought through for an issue they could not fix, and the crew at Kent county motors not only fixed what they were asked to but they also found another common issue with these trucks while they had it that could have been catastrophic and got that taken care of too. Great communication, very friendly, timely and great service.

I had a great experience! I think the guy’s name is Steven (please forgive me if I’m wrong) anyway sir was the walking billboard for supreme customer service😁🙌🏾. I love how he kept the line of communication open and provided step-by-step updates instead of trying to take advantage of me. He gave honest feedback, was respectful and down-to-earth. The day started with us just looking at options for a new car in the future. One week later and I am driving away with a beautiful new Buick Enclave! Our salesman, Mark Dupree, was personable, comfortable to deal with, and overall top notch. He showed interest in us, our wants, and our questions with no pressure as a salesman. I cannot say enough about how Matt Hall and Mark Dupree made this such an efficient, professional, smooth and enjoyable car shopping experience! I called the dealership about an hour before I got there and when I arrived, Matt was there with four sets of keys for vehicles for me to look at. He was extremely informative, very honest, asked a lot of questions of what I was looking for and what I needed. By the time I came back from my test drive, Matt had found my “dream car” and was having it sent to the dealership… talk about service! Mark has been so helpful, informative and fun to work with he definitely put me at ease in this entire process.
