Sonic Drive-In

I don’t live in the area but stopped in this Sonic one Sunday morning on my way to a job site. The girl working the drive-thru that morning was awesome. I don’t know if she was being silly or if she genuinely is that upbeat and friendly but either way she made me laugh. She was wearing a Santa hat and Christmas face mask and was very pleasant. So, to her, I say thank you for having fun and making a dreary Sunday morning a little bit better!!

Usually always great. Would just like light ice actually being light ice !

Really like this restaurant because of their unique comprehensive menu items. You may have to wait a few minutes for your order, but at least you know it's cooked to order, always fresh & delicious. The potato tots are fantastic.

Slow service but there was a storm that was knocking out power. The young lady was getting rained on bringing out orders but sweet as could be. Definitely had to tip her.

I visited Sonic in Waterloo this morning to grab drinks for myself and my coworkers. The woman who waited on me was awesome! She was friendly at the speaker and at the window. I had 3 drinks and she offered me a drink carrier without having to ask for one myself and told me she marked the diet so we could tell them apart. She gave me my change, thanked me and told me to have a nice day. As I was pulling away from the window she said "Oh, there are extra cherries in all the drinks as well." I said oh my gosh thank you! My coworkers and I have discussed Waterloo Sonic in the past and how much we love them. We honestly think they are the best Sonic in the area. Today's service enforced our opinion.

On Tuesday, 4.14.20 at approximately 5:30pm, I drove through Sonic Drive-In at Waterloo IL. My highest compliments to Customer Service employee Brooke. She greeted me with an awesome professional voice to take my order. She asked the right questions and had my order in a very timely manner. It was fully accurate on the screen. I pulled up to the window to pick up my food and she was even sweeter in person. She made me feel like the most important customer she had ever served. Even though she was wearing her virus prevention mask, she smiled with her eyes and had the kindest voice. In a very timely manner she had my order completed and I was on my way. My food was delicious so many thanks to the food crew behind the scenes. It was such a nice, pleasant “dining experience” from start to finish. I worked as a job recruiter/caseworker for 10 years and even though I have been retired 10 years, I guess I still wear “that hat”. Miss Brooke, with your professional style and your stellar customer service approach, you are going to excel throughout your life. Well done!!!

I usually don't comment on fast food, but the combo#1 here was actually really good! The proportions between meat and sauce and vegetables were perfect! Tots were hot, crispy, and seasoned well. I was surprisingly delighted with dinner here.

Wow - outstanding service and so very friendly!!! We drive from Columbia, IL to use the Waterloo location because they are so amazing. The woman at the window is what every customer service person should strive to be. Thank you!!!!

Bought the new strawberry shortcake drink not enough strawberry but still good will try again real soon

The food was really good. The girl who brought our food out was really nice, and went back to get sauce for us, because it wasn't in the bag. It took a bit to get our food, but everything was delicious. Will come back to this location. Easy to get to as well.

Went for a 1/2 price drink , offered from 2-4 in the afternoon. I love their sweet tea, and love to add extra flavor like watermelon or strawberry. Tastes great and great price. I sometimes add a corn dog snack too. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

It was a very good experience! We come here often because of their delicious drink options! They have a wide variety of sodas, lemonades, slushies, and shakes! There is still no brisk but....you know #stillforgotthebrisk

So me and my friend were in the stalls and a girl named Laura who was taking our order was super sweet and kind to me!! She’s such a great worker!

Quick and fast. Great customer service. Great workers. They're worth tipping. Breakfast burrito and tater tots were good, fresh and yummy.

Thank you for the throwback of my youth on a group in the 60s and 70s till now and it has remained true and faithful and the spirit of our country and that's you put out a quality product and food which I enjoy and I salivate before I get to your place in anticipation of biting into something wholesome an American good for my body. I love sonic. Great place for a quick treat and iced drink. I enjoy the old school feel to it to park, order when you're ready then have someone bring your order. Alright, alright... 😎

Love this Sonic! I have never had any issues here and alway tip the people who bring my food! *hint hint* Give them tips people, they work hard and do an awesome job!!!

Just enjoy their food plus the prices are acceptable. Great to have them in our community.
