AT&T Store

Fantastic customer service! The employees there are very kind and helpful. Helped me with my issue in a timely manner and they were able to answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable and kind! They go above and beyond! Great store and great employees!

We had a experience with AT&T in Waterloo Il. Jordan was knowledgeable with the devices so we upgraded two phones to Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra +watch Pro 5 and I phone 14. We were treated with courtesy. He deserves

This is an excellent store. Every time I go in, I receive exceptional fast quality service. I have no complaints at all. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. I will continue to take my service here.

I loved the employees here, they were absolutely amazing and know their products. I loved the stuff they offered and the phones were great. The only thing is unlimited plans at other stores were so much lower and we had no choice but to go that route. I would recommend if you have extra cash go here and pay for insurance on your favorite phone that takes crystal clear pictures and fastest internet speed of all competitors. Definitely a must go.

The AT&T store in Waterloo has some excellent Staff. If you an old guy like me you can get confused 🤣. Well if you need help Jordan just may be the right man to help you. The difference between this store and any other store ive been to, this store makes you feel like family. Jordan really provides such a warm experience that you cannot get anywhere else. He took care of every problem i had and had me leaving laughing. I couldnt recommend this store more.

I upgraded my phone a few months ago and switched to AT&T for my TV service and everything is running smoothly. The man that helped me was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure that I had everything transferred from my old phone. I highly recommend checking them out to see what they can do for you.
