Cured and Cultured

Our first time here and right out of the gate, is a wonderful gal named Christina. I hope that's the spelling. She was such a great gal and the food was amazing, even though there was a blurp in the middle, they went back and remade my dish for me. We will so definitely be back to see them and try more food! Definitely recommend, folks!

Wait staff is very friendly and attentive to need. Food is good, unique combos.

My husband and I stopped in at Cured and Cultured for a late-in-the-day anniversary lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place was empty (it was 2:30pm when we got there) and we had the whole place to ourselves. I really haven't heard people talk about Cured and Cultured, which is surprising because the food was INCREDIBLE. Every bite of each food item is flavor-packed, and not too rich at the same time.

The husband ordered sweet Thai chili- and lemon pepper-seasoned chicken wings with a side of french fries (deep fried in peanut oil I think) and sipped on some Woodford Reserve. I enjoyed Leo's brisket sandwich (recommended to me by our very attentive server, Matt) with a side of bacon ranch pasta salad. The flavors complemented each other perfectly and the portion sizes were just right.

The restaurant benefits from a full bar and a patio out back for warmer weather and live music. I was surprised to see a mini liquor store when we first walked in. I even questioned if we went to the right place because it doesn't even appear to be a restaurant. At the checkout counter is a deli where I believe customers can take home choice items.

I'm excited to return during the warmer months to try more food on their menu and enjoy some music on the back patio. It was wonderful to have such a great dining experience on that side of Belleville. It's providing a much-needed boost to the area.

After tip for two people- an entree, a side, and an alcoholic drink per person; we spent more than $70. I get inflation, but I do wish food this good was more accessible.

After our son's funeral we wanted to have a luncheon for our family and friends. We visited and called several places and got no positive response from any of them. Most spent time telling us that it was too late to reserve a room and our guests would have to order off of the menu. Until, one of our family members called Cured and Cultured. They couldn't have been more accommodating. I believe our host's name was Justin. I will never forget his kindness. Going above and beyond and making your guests feel special is how you succeed in the hospitality business. Thank you.

Ordered the cheese burger (swiss), medium, with everything. Fried mushrooms and baked potato salad. My compliments to the chef! Everything tasted fantastic. I'm a fan of horseradish, and what you provide with the mushrooms is excellent 🔥

Decided to try this place with some friends. So glad that I did. All of us really enjoyed the food! Have been back several times since and have never been disappointed with the food.bl Get the brussel sprouts! You will not be disappointed. It seems like it's Belleville's best kept secret. It's never been crowded or super busy. That's a good thing but I want to make sure they stick around. Highly recommend you try this place.

We have eaten at Cured and Cultured twice and each time we had a great experience. Not your typical chain restaurant, the atmosphere is like a neighborhood stop. We were able to pick our table and the server was there immediately to take our drink order. The food was tasty and plentiful. The entry opens into a huge liquor and wine display. If you want alcohol, they probably have it. One of my favorite places to eat. Don't pass it up.

Food is good, service was slow and unfortunately 'boring'. No refills on water, no checkins after food was delivered... good thing the food covered the intangibles. Lowest tip I have left a waiter in over 20 years.

We were a party of 6. Meals ordered ranged from salmon, sandwiches and burgers. We also had the toasted ravioli, and BBQ nachos for appetizers. The service was great and everyone loved their meals.

Love going here for lunch or for a drink after work. My employees really like getting gift cards to use here as incentives. Great staff who remember you every time you come in. Nice clientele!!

I ordered the prime rib sandwich with fries. The meat was tender and perfectly sized for the price. Service was great as well. Nice atmosphere as I enjoyed the meal with spouse friends.

Best Southwest grilled chicken wrap I ever had. Chicken wings were fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ate here this evening, and we are seriously impressed with the fare and the overall experience. Service was great, prices are fair, and the place has a nice vibe, too. One had the special - a fried chicken plate with mashed potatoes and chose green beans as the additional side. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented. The other had the brisket sandwich with garlic fries. It is rare that I push past that full feeling to finish everything on the plate, but this time I did. Was that good!

Lots to buy and see. I'll admit I thought I was in a liquor store when I first walked in. Nice to be able to buy the drinks the amazing bartenders use and try making one yourself. Great place with good food and atmosphere. Will be going again

This was our first time here - we will definitely be back! The space and bourbon/wine selection was great, and the servers were helpful. Food was good - we want to come back to try other things!

The food was amazing. I had three sliders which came with a nice drizzle of sriracha honey. I had fries for a side which where fried in garlic oil. All fresh meat and veggies. The employees couldn't be more accommodating and polite. Cant wait to return.

Great food and a great vibe! We have been a few times now, and we are always happy with our food. The kids menu is also a hit with our super picky kid.

First time I have been there and unfortunately it was for a meeting. Outside of it being a little loud for the meeting, everything else was perfect.

Food was off the charts! Kayla is so kind and personable and made me the best margarita with fresh squeezed juices etc.., All of the staff are approachable and accommodating to say the least
Their is not a bad choice on the menu. Everything is fresh and amazing and incredible. If you don’t dine here it’s your loss!
