Schnucks Waterloo Floral

I ordered flowers with same day delivery for my wife this morning. I received a call shortly after I placed my order from schnucks saying all the florists at our local schnucks called in sick. She said she tired to see if another local florist could work my order but they didn't have the same vase and the delivery charge would be extra. She nicely asked if I could wait for delivery for tomorrow or Monday and I nicely explained my situation and why my delivery was time sensitive. I told her I was more than happy to pay the extra and the vase was not an issue. She said she would be more than happy to pay the extra delivery fee and would get the flowers to my wife before the end of the day! I have never had better customer service than I received today. Her generosity and amazing customer service was way more than I could've ever asked for! I will always order from schnucks from here on out! I wish I remembered the ladies name I spoke to because I would love to give her manager a good message!
