Almost always use the drive thru and the service is always outstanding. Food order is always correct and hot. Its definitely worth the couple extra dollars to come here and get the quality.

We had a fine dinner here. If you're expecting fine dining then you need to go somewhere else but we'll certainly come back here again! I've always loved their Whoppers & I tried a BK Wrap this time, too. It was very good. In the future I'll get either a Whopper or 2 Wraps. All 4 of us liked our food & the service was great.

this place is AWESOME. seriously, if you want fast food in waterloo and you're willing to spend a couple extra $$, go to burger king instead of a certain location starting with M and ending in S. the workers here are so professional and sweet; they literally treat you like a king. my food has been PIPING hot when I order in the drive-thru and I would honestly consider eating in here too if I had the time. they even helped me save an extra dollar. not only are they kind and attentive but the service is extra speedy!

The grilled flavor of this burger for me is better than any other fast food burgers. Plus, their fries are best when they're hot. Today everything was perfect. The drive-through crew are obviously in training, however, they did get the job done.

The staff here are very friendly, and as a frequent customer at this location, I can say that you are likely to be satisfied with this location.

I just want to say the quality,level of service and professionalism this drive thru has every single time I stop in is fantastic. I brag about how badass they are here all the time. Give them all raises!

Fast food is fast food. But waterloo's burger king employees really do a great job. And I am guilty of constantly indulging in mocha ixed coffees. Way better than anyone elses. The kids love the play place.

I go there every time I have a coupon. Always hot and good.

I have never been in such a clean burger King ever and the employees were courteous and truly seemed like they liked working there. St Louis ones are always disrespectful and throw the food around like they hate working there.

Have been coming through this location for years and have never had any complaints about the food, service, or cleanliness of this restaurant. Have dined in and used the drive thru and always have been given all of our food items and its always fresh!

I absolutely love the waterloo Burger King I refuse to go to any of the others I have had issues with the chicken not being done at the columbia location so I started going to waterloo at the waterloo location the employees are incredably nice and helpful the food is always perfect keep up the good work waterloo burger king employees

Historically my favorite fast food burger. Love that they make the double Whopper available bun free, for my gluten intolerant wife, that she loves and works for her situation.

Those $1 tacos are even better than jack in the box and i didn't think that was possible!! Shoot I'm hooked on them, and don't need to be!! Yummmm!!
