Benton’s auto service was truly an amazing service. He worked so efficiently, timely and with great communication and had the best rates. He quoted my moms 2012 Hyundai and I was amazed with how quickly he got the car done and how he did for the price. the car runs great he even suggested some tips for minor cosmetic things she could do to improve the vehicle. He took his time to show the the car to my mom after completion. His shop is very nice and very organized. So happy with the repair of the vehicle and 10/10 service. I would recommend him to anyone for his super reasonable rates, his knowledge of his craft, his efficiency and extremely great communication. We will continue to utilize his services.

I highly recommend taking your car here! I took my car here to get some repairs done and everything was better than I expected! Their communication was amazing and they texted me right when my car was done. I thought it would take the whole day as other shops just let my car sit there but within 2 hours I was back on the road. Their pricing was super fair as I saved over $300 by going to them over what the dealership quoted me. Esteban was super professional and had amazing customer service. I have had a lot of bad luck with dealerships recently so I’m glad that I found a place that I can take my car too and trust.

Absolutely recommend this place! I have been going to them for at least 4 years. They provide amazing service, always communicate the issues before working on anything, honest group of people there, and prices are always fair! I live an hour away, but work in the Aurora area and will always bring my car to them before anyone else!

Esteban is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in extensive detail so I always know what was done to my car during the service. The team is very professional and keeps you updated throughout your service.

While visiting family in Aurora, IL (Native Auroran now living in New Mexico), my battery light lit up bright red on a Friday night indicating, most likely, an alternator malfunction. Choosing Benton Auto Repair solely on their reviews (and the proximity to my hotel), I emailed the business late Friday night explaining that I was traveling and needed to leave early Sunday morning. Arriving at Benton Auto Repair at 7:50am on the following Saturday morning, they set about trying to make sure my truck would be in working order quickly. Within 30 minutes of leaving my truck at the shop I was told the alternator did in fact need replacing and that they would get it done that morning. My truck was done by 10:35am. They were swamped with work orders that day but made sure I was able to have a properly running truck in time to leave town by Sunday morning. Esteban spent time with me explaining what was wrong with my truck. I highly recommend Benton Auto Repair. I no longer live in Aurora, but they took care of a traveler in dire straits.

Car repair seems super fairly priced, here at Benton we were quoted MUCH less than at some other car repair shops we were looking at. Prompt service and excellent communication.

First off, if I could more stars I would! Benton’s, and Esteban deserve 10 STARS! I live in California, my daughter, 19, attends Aurora University, and I received a call from her that her car was smoking under the hood and quickly began to overheat. I had it towed to a Firestone where I have an account and knew I could have the car checked out since I have ZERO auto repair shops I know or trust in Aurora... As a parent, so far away, there’s a feeling of helplessness and some vulnerability. I called Benton’s, by the grace of god, and Esteban answered.... I told him the story and let me tell you, Esteban was totally understanding, genuine, caring, I felt his honesty from 2800 miles away... He set up a tow for me to get the car to him from Firestone... The customer service was OVER THE TOP! I am still in awe on how someone, so far away, who I might never meet in person, can be so trustworthy and reassuring... I am GRATEFUL for Esteban and all the workers at Benton’s Auto for their honesty and workmanship... And his prices were way lower than all other shops I called! I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for an auto repair to look no further.... BENTON’S!

The team here is excellent. They were able to pull up all of the previous work on my car from the dealer. They have a communications technology system that is expert. It is amazing and you should experience the professionalism of the staff and technology of this small company. They are now my new mechanics.

I've been bringing my car there for years any time something goes wrong. Great service, honest mechanic, at a fair price, can't beat that. Esteban is very detailed when explaining whats wrong and how he'll fix it.

Great service at a fair price. They keep you informed on what is going on with your car and never try to upsell you on work that does not need to be done. Everytime I pick up my car they show me the actual parts they removed to show me what was wrong and why they needed to be replaced. I live 40 minutes away and still take my car to these guys.
