Holiday Inn Express & Suites Litchfield West, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Litchfield IL last night. Our suite was clean, the service was great especially the young man who set up the breakfast. It was delicious! Our grandkids are well. The pool and pool area were warm and clean with plenty of fresh towels. I highly recommend this hotel for the value and quality of our stay.

Best hotel I have stayed at in awhile. Pool was salt water instead of chlorine. Host was amazing, room was comfortable and clean. I also love the fact that the paintings and decorations are glued to the tables so the kids can't break them.

It was a late & long drive & the 2nd hotel cuz the other one was horrible & smelled like ppl were smoking & farting & musty. So arriving at Holiday Inn Express was a real treat!! I was able to breathe, it wasn't stuffy, the bed was clean & fresh. Quality matters & no one likes to skimp on sleep (healing ur body) no compromising & I slept good & had breakfast!! There was no issue with my room, or breakfast for real besides breakfast being more of to go style items, not scrambled eggs, biscuit, gravy....more like, folded eggs etc. No complaints 😉 thx for coming thru!!

Stayed here for a few days for a family gathering. The room was nice and large, clean and comfortable. I really liked the large bathroom. It was well lit and very clean. We also used the conference room for the party. It was a great space as well. The kids loved, loved, loved the salt water pool. The manager was most accommodating for an issue that came up. Other staff were equally friendly. We had a great stay.

We stayed here three times in the last three weeks. Friendly staff, clean room, heated pool, and a nice workout room.

Great experience! Fair prices for clean rooms, professional staff, amazing saltwater pool (so nice to have no/reduced chemical exposure). Showers were clean, layouts are nice, and the beds are comfy. AC has the constant fan option for sleeping and the AC compressors are not loud, likely because they are new. Check-in staff spoke perfect English and was great to work with. The real shining star here is the ample parking for larger trucks and trailers in a well-lit environment. This location is before you hit the slums of St. Louis and has many restaurants and fuel stations to choose from within walking distance. Our crew makes this journey often, and if we hotel it, this is now our go-to location.

Stayed here last year with my Mom and Sister on our way home from Texas. Awesome place to stay. Staff was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great. Ate at Nancy's pizza for supper and it was very good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great service and staff! Hotel is in good condition, and the nostalgic route 66 decor is unique. The area has some shopping, mostly food options.

Stayed here for one night while on a road trip. What a great experience! Was able to check in online and my keys were waiting at the desk for me. The girl at the desk was friendly and welcoming as was all of the other staff that I crossed paths with.
My room was very clean and had a nice, fresh appearance & decor. The beds were a bit hard for my preference but the bedding was clean and comfortable.
They had an excellent breakfast that was included with the stay. Although I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, the area seemed clean and well kept. The surrounding area seemed safe and the parking lot was well lit. I would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Litchfield, Illinois is GREAT. The employees at this location are awesome. They are very friendly and professional which goes along ways in our books. Everything about this hotel is good. We were given a free upgrade to our room. We highly recommend this hotel. If we are in this area again we will stay here. We suggest that you reserve your room ahead of time because they do fill up quick. And there are great restaurants within walking distance.

I have stayed at lots of hotels, cheap ones expensive ones, and somewhere in the middle, but this one was amazing. They treat you first class. The price is moderate, and the breakfast was good. The staff all need raises for their exceptional service. Thank you.

We stay in a lot of hotels and I'd say this hotel was exactly what I needed as far as convenience and breakfast. Was heading back from the STL area and this is one of my go to exits. Room was clean and area is quiet. Got showered the next morning with a good breakfast and got back on the road. No complaints from me!

Everyone is always super friendly. The breakfast was not the best I had seen it but not too bad. We stay here at least once a year. The room was clean and spacious.

Phenomenal hotel! The workers at the front desk are lovely and accommodating, you can tell they love their jobs. The pool is really pleasant and the perfect size for small children. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, sound proof as well even though the hotel was basically booked completely up. The shower is amazing and had great water pressure. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, it checked all of the boxes off. The breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect stay. I would absolutely recommend this location.

We stopped here unexpectedly after an accident and the staff were extremely accommodating. They allowed us to check in early with our cat. Everyone was so kind and understanding, when it was most needed!

Brittany at the front desk was very helpful and was upbeat. The rooms are nice and seem new. TV is nice and HD lots of channels. Parking lot is pretty easy to maneuver. Close to a lot of shopping areas/food. Bathroom is well designed and actually makes sense. No tub although, at least not in this room. There is a pool in the hotel too. Breakfast is good. Overall a great experience for me and my wife.

Everything was very nice and clean. Room kept up well. All the soaps, shampoos, extra were perfect. Great breakfast that was warm, fresh and tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly cared about our stay. The room were very clean, beds were comfortable and good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good and every thing was kept very clean.

Nicole checked us in and was very friendly, quick to take care of our request and assist with my account. Will certainly recommend staying here and we will plan to stay here again when in this area.

Great hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. The hotel manager was nice. The kids loved the salt water pool and the hot breakfast food was great. The lady monitoring the breakfast area did a great job to make sure the dining area was clean and made sure the food was well stocked. I liked the layout of the rooms because it had plenty of storage areas to keep bags out of the walkway and plenty of charging areas.
