The owner is amazing and very helpful to all his customers. He taught me how to play the magic of the gathering. The owner has always been great to me. Thank you. He has great packs. Lots of cards look at. And to build up your collection in Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, magic. And great prices. Highly Recommend!

Great staff, awesome little shop with all sorts of gaming merchandise from trading card games like Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc to tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, to collectibles like Funko Pops!

The atmosphere is great, seems to always have some sort of sale going on and like wise with events. Has a free arcade and also does monthly random prizes with once a day free sign ups. Prices are great and so are the employees. Treated fairly and kindly. Will definitely be back again.

One of my family’s absolute favorite stores to hang out in. The employees are so caring, and the owner does what he can to help you find what you’re looking for, if he doesn’t have it in stock. Inventory changes almost every time I’m in here, at least once a week, and I love looking through all the new products! Their FREE arcade in the back, keeps my kids entertained, and their employees are always more than happy to discuss Pokémon with my oldest. It’s a small business, with a small business vibe, not meant to feel like a giant chain store. I personally appreciate how much energy the employees put into making sure they’re getting the correct prices for the customer, and the customer gets the best deal, even if it means waiting around for a bit.

Good store with something for game lovers of every type, tons of loose cards and good prices on sealed trading card products. Store features cheap or free events all the time. And is a generally nice place to sit down and play a game.

I really enjoy finding these FLGS in smaller towns, and this one might just be my favorite! Modest but great selection of board games, puzzles, gaming accessories and even some used video games and books! The owner and staff were both super friendly, too! I have family in the area so I will most definitely come back when I'm down in Litchfield!

Absolutely love the owner and his staff! The environment is extremely welcoming, incredibly well priced, clean, and super relaxed. I have recommended this store and the other location to many people now. Definitely don't miss out!!!

This is one of the coolest places in Effingham. The owner gives off such a great vibe and is so welcoming, it makes me feel all warm & fuzzy in my tum tum. Absolutely love this place. I don’t believe for a minute the stories about the owner yelling and discriminating against anyone.

This place is awesome and has almost anything you could ask for. Pokémon, magic, yu-gi-oh cards, funkos, and a huge selection of D&D things. Plus, the owner is super nice and is fun to hang out with and talk to. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here if you like any kind of fantasy games

Cute shop with tons of variety! It was never one note or boring, every room catered to a different interest/hobby. The prices were so fair for everything from miniature figures, retro games and playing cards. The owner was super friendly and their return policy is really generous. I havent played done any game nights there, but it seems like a chill atmosphere

Best business Litchfield has gotten in a long time! Friendly workers and fellow customers, great selection of single cards, booster packs, deck boxes, card sleeves, dice, funko pops! There is also a small arcade in the back if you gotta bring your kids with you. I like hanging out there and talking with the staff and customers!

Great staff, the man at the front was incredibly polite and welcoming! My gf, her little sister and I came in to check it out for the 1st time, we browsed some mtg singles and even picked up a cool Hocus Pocus cup. Every other shop I've been to that has mtg singles always act aggravated and bothered when you ask, but not this place. The store itself is very well kept, the selection is great and the environment is very relaxing. I would highly recommend going here to anyone that likes being treated well. I plan on amking a visit every paycheck lol. I may even sort the mtg singles into types/subtypes while I browse, since I plan on spending much more time there(jk). Maybe even play some after I become a regular!

Bobbaloo's has a really good vibe, and me and my friends will stop by once in a while! The people there are super nice too! They have a good variety of cards, games etc. as well!

This store is a welcome addition to the Effingham community. Though the main focus is more roll playing and video/board games, there’s things there for vinyl/cassette lovers, vintage knickknacks, toys, and some memorabilia.

The owner goes out of his way to help you find what you’re looking for and is easily accessible and reaches out to you if you have any questions.

There’s DND and Magic groups and perhaps there will be more? I’d be interested in like a LoL team (though I’ve never played). I hope to see the board and video game section grow with time. Overall a great store!

Cozy shop with a good selection of cards and collectibles for sale. Young business that deserves local support! If you play Magic the Gathering come here to get cards, sleeves, play mats, card boxes. D&D books, dice, figures! Also used video games and other collectibles for sale! Come and see this unique card and game shop, very cozy.

Fantastic deals. Came through on a Wednesday and stopped in to see what they had. Had some great weekly deals. Bought some cards and stopped by the next Monday and they had new, even better, weekly sales. I’ll definitely stop in more when I pass through town.

I love to sit down and play in MTG tournaments here, love the owner, and it's just a very positive place to play!

*Update 3/30/2022* Made it back to Effingham and stopped in and said hello and purchased some things for a Winston draft. And again my expectations were far exceeded. The store is even more stocked of goodies and the young man who rang me out (never caught your name sorry bud) was helpful and knowledgeable. I am excited to continue my business there. Keep up the great work all of you.

I absolutely loved this store! I highly recommend coming to this store if you love board games and fantasy. The staff is super nice and welcoming. My family and I painted for an hour and I had a blast bonding with them. We will be back!
