Steak 'n Shake

Fantastic place! Love the people and the food. We came in at the last minute and they didn't turn us away (under 30 min till close). Many of us have worked in a kitchen and know those kinda rules. Fair pricing, ample parking, very clean inside. The food was delicious and it was a very pleasant experience.

The last 2 Steak n Shake's i have been to Alton IL and Wood River IL were 2 stars. I have to order at a kiosk the service was slow and eating area was not clear. Litchfield has it GOING ON. STOP BYE GREAT PLACE! You order at front counter they bring you the food. OMG THE OLD SNS IS BACK!

Love the new Steak N Shakes design. The experience at this location was outstanding compared to the locations where I live. Clean, fast, and hot food. I enjoy walking up to the counter to order my food more than the old traditional service.

The new format is different. A lot of my favorites things about S&S are gone. They do still have actual cherry juice for a cherry coke. No more plates or metal utensils. It's all paper and plastic now. I would give it a shot again.

Anyone who knows steak n shake knows that these aren't meant to be 5* burgers, they are fast food steak burgers. For the price, they are great. And compared to the other steak n shakes we've been to, this one is the most up to date.

The crew was so warm and friendly, and the food was fresh. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone.

We went through the drive thru and our order was perfect. Everything was hot and fresh. I asked for extra pickles and they were delicious!!

For a smaller price than mcdonalds I'll stop any time. I just wish alot more had truck parking.

I love the food and value of Steak and Shake but this one is a cut above. The place is very clean and the employees are so nice and attentive. They are doing it right.

Awesome customer service. They are super upbeat and friendly. The burger was also really tasty. I also loved that I ordered at the counter instead of waiters taking my order. Best steak n shake I've ever been to. Keep it up!

Worst experience ever don't go there they mess up food and say they don't and that it's not there problem I will not be going back to this establishment any time soon they want 20 an hr and can't even make a God damn burger and put it in the bag...

It was a nice sunny day and we got some milkshakes at the drive through.

Clean restaurant, friendly service. Went in with a group of 11. Food and shakes came out very fast. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

Interesting to order and pick up food at the counter, but certainly cuts down on employees. Food was very good.

Great service, excellent food and loved the atmosphere. Two thumbs up for me. My family and I will definitely be back 👍👍
