Los Rancheros

Wonderful first time experience! Atmosphere was light, fun, and relaxing. Staff was super nice. Our waitress was on top of everything. We never ran out of drinks, napkins, or anything else we asked for. I highly recommend this restaurant!

My wife loves Mexican but I prefer most anything else. Since moving to Litchfield and trying Los Rancheros, I've come to find a love for it. During the week I get the breakfast burrito but since it's not available on the weekends, I get the Mexican burrito. Everything I've tried seems good and flavorful

It's tough to write about food this good without using too many superlatives. I will just just say the ingredient quality is evident, the textures and flavors are all right there no holds barred. See the special burrito of the day here and chips and salsa picosa with a blend of mostly unsweetened iced tea with just a little sweet tea and nieve frita (deep fried homemade breaded vanilla ice cream) to round things off. I won't give any spoilers, just come see these friendly people and feast for yourself what wonders are to behold.

We’re not even finished eating I just had to leave a review. At a glance from outside we weren’t expecting much but boy do they have fantastic fajitas. Everything packed a punch of flavor even the guacamole, salsa, & margarita - jumbo margarita might I add. We’re picky about Mexican food especially the salsa and guacamole but they have it down. Our service was great as well. They brought us everything we asked for in a very timely manner. Hats off to you, Los Rancheros - if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely be back!

The food was delicious, I ordered the house special, burrito. The chips were made fresh, thick and lightly salted and crisp, the salsa was fresh and authentic. I had the cherry and Cheesecake for dessert, it was also delicious. The staff was pleasant and professional. They did not keep me waiting. Everything was nice. The restaurant was clean as well. I recommend this restaurant

Stopped in Sunday as soon as it opened. The service , food and atmosphere was superb! I ordered the fajitas Mexicana . say what !!!! bacon wrapped shrimps on a skewer I’m in man. Lee Ho Fook does like other food besides a big bowl of beef chow menu!

My wife and I came for lunch. Greeted promptly and seated quickly. Food came out quick and was delicious. Restrooms were clean and entire staff was friendly.

My wife & I decided to take our adult kids+ spouses out to dinner without the grandkids for once. The 9 of us were seated promptly. We ordered & were entertained by a mariachi band. That was a nice touch especially for a Thursday. Our entrees arrived in a timely manner & each of us were very satisfied with the quality of the food. We shall return!!

We aren't a fan of spicy food but my bf was craving Mexican, he got a quesdilla and I got the tilapia with shrimp, both were very good and nearly cleaned our plates, large portions and fresh, hot food.

We go at least once a month. Staff is friendly and usually pretty quick. Food is delicious!

This mexican place is great for food and service. Dishes are tasty and generous. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Mexican music sets the right atmosphere, but it gets noisy when busy.

Amazing service! Amazing food! We got our food around 10 minutes after ordering even though the restaurant was busy. I got the tacos de camaron and they were really flavorful. I would come here again if I was in the area. And I would recommend this place over all of the fast food restaurants. You should eat here!

1st time here very nice & clean, staff was awesome! Was seated fairly quick, I ordered shrimp fajitas, my daughter ordered a vegetarian dish, the food was very good, serving were generous, service was great! I would recommend eating here. They have a lot of choices, an a vegetarian menu. They also have desserts which I will try next visit.

Food is always good and we are served usually pretty quick. Last Saturday it was so packed we waited at the door for seats and still got our drinks and food in a timely manner. The margaritas and Pina coladas are soooooooooooo Good! We will be back!

Best local Mexican restaurant in my opinion. Great friendly hostess and excellent food.

Definitely a gem in this town! Right near the hotels. I had a blonde girl waitress and she was so sweet and accommodating! Food was delicious, my drink came in a huuuuge like viking glass and tasted perfect. I wish I could take this place jome with me!

The pork carnitas were excellent.
The food was great and the restaurant looks amazing. I try chili Colorado everywhere I go and I was not disappointed; it was fantastic.

1st time at the Litchfield restaurant location. Each of us had a different menu selection. Each of us was extremely pleased with our selections. Looking forward for a return trip.

Delicious food with large portions. Excellent margaritas. Friendly professional staff. All in all, a pleasant experience.

An unexpectedly delicious Mexican joint in the middle of nowhere Illinois. Service could have been a bit better, but we could see our waiter was stressed working a pretty large section with at least one 10-top. so we chalked it up to a bad day, and noted that the rest of the staff was very friendly in supporting him.
