Hampton Inn Litchfield

This was a very comfortable place to stay, and pet friendly. the room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very conveniently off interstate 55, and there were plenty of dining options in the area. The hotel had nice grass area for walking your dog, with poop stations with poop bags. The breakfast was probably one of the most complete breakfast offerings at any hotel I've. Stayed at. The hotel employees were all very nice, friendly and efficient.

From Texas on our way to Wisconsin we were exhausted. We were very pleased with the treatment at this hotel. Our room an shower were perfect for old folks. The breakfast was the best for hotel serving. The beds were so comfortable. We especially were pleased with the well lite parking an that the police drive thru. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient right off 55. The room was very clean and in very good condition. The front desk person who checked me in (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was really great and gave great recommendations for dinner

Clean, quiet comfortable room. The air conditioner and fan worked great which is key to me. The shower looked a little dated, but was clean and plenty of hot water.

I need to edit this review. They charge a $75 no refundable fee for pets. Kind of high I though, but maybe it takes extra cleaning, so okay. Our puppy was great. We got there late and left early. We were shocked to find an extra $200 charge on our bill. They said there was a wet pee stain on the bed comforter. I’ve argued this but they won’t budge. I could buy a new comforter for less than that. I will never stay here again. And, if you think you might spill something by accident or have a pet, look out. They can charge you whatever the heck they want. A disgrace.

We met there for a Christmas gathering. The staff was very nice. Family had a room. They were only disappointed that the pool was closed but that happens.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Litchfield recently, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. Despite my late arrival, the receptionist, Elizabeth, warmly welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with my check-in process made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was immaculate, with well-appointed rooms and comfortable amenities that ensured a restful night's sleep. My wife and I stayed at the Hampton from late January 2023 'til early March. Very well, clean, comfortable hotel. Manager Brooke is very well aware and able to keep this hotel a great experience. Breakfast was always above average. Evenings were quiet, the majority of the time. Sometimes on weekends, there were some unruly children...but that's their parents fault, not the hotels. We are very fortunate to return to this hotel for more business! Great to see the staff again. Excellent hotel experience. 👍

Great stay! Came to IL to visit family and I am very happy I chose this place. Hannah at the front desk made check in a breeze and provided me with needed toiletries late at night. Room was clean and comfy. Parking was convenient. As a front desk employee, myself, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. I will definitely be staying here again!! :)

Nice place. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Appreciated the amenities for pets. Having poop bags at the drop off receptacle was very helpful. Also appreciated having information on pet services in the area.

The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful with my late night checkin.

If you are traveling through this area, I highly recommend. Probably the cleanest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at, and the service was incredible. It was so evident every person who is employed there takes pride in their work. And everyone was so kind and helpful. If we’re ever back in the area, definitely staying here again.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I experienced excellent, customer service from Hannah who was the overnight staff. She greeted guests in a very cheerful, professional manner. My morning coffee was perfect. She was a delight & personified excellent attention to detail. I'll be back! Thank you!

It's the little things. This was a slightly dated Hampton but the staff was very friendly and there were nice little touches. Cookies at the check-in desk as well as coloring sheets with colors for the kids. When we got to the room, there was a pack of microwave popcorn as well as 2 chocolates with a sweet welcome note. We were a little concerned being right on a highway but we didn't hear a thing in the room!

Excellent staff here, very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was better than most Hampton Inns. They had some fresh mixed fruit that many don't have.

We got in super late at night and the manager, Hannah, was super friendly, helpful and courteous. She helped make our stay that much more enjoyable! If you’re staying in Litchfield this is the place to stay - thank you Hannah!

Walked in the lobby and was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. She even gave us information on near by restaurants with a coupon!
The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy.
Woke up early and went down to the lobby, there was fresh coffee waiting, before 6am ....love it!
Everyone was so kind.

Very comfortable and clean room with spacious bathroom, microwave,fridge and tv with working remote. Extremely helpful personnel. Mercedes was very nice providing information, dining utensils and a friction free stay. I would suggest to request not to be too close to the lobby, as any loud voices can be heard through the walls. Very clean breakfast area and plenty of hot coffee.
