Excellent work. Everything looks great. Very detailed master. He charged for tile job, but also completed some plumbing work as well.

Six years ago I had problems with my flat roof that no one could fixed it permanently but AZA came and gave me very reasonable estimate and fixed it .since then I don’t have any problems anymore compare to other roofers that I needed to call them every other month .
I called Aza two days ago and asked him to come and check my old flat roof again I was surprised that he told me the roof is fine and there is no need for repairs.

Aza and his team did a great job in replacing our 1905 townhouse flat roof in Adams Morgan with a long-lasting guaranteed watertight new roof. They also installed new gutters and skylights that had been non-functional for years. Every aspect of his work was professional and his pricing was reasonable and fair. We had leaks from roofdeck to our downstairs bedroom. Aza replied to our request quickly on Yelp. When they came to our home, they found the source of the leaks via a thorough investigation. We had a small tear in our roofing that led to a fairly significant leak. Azamat was great. He was responsive, got out soon after we talked, worked fast, walked me through his plan, didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need, offered a significantly lower bid for the work than the competitors, and provided a warranty nearly 3 times as long as the other quote we got.

I waited to write a review until we could test out the repairs. Since Hermetica did the work, there have been several rain showers and a couple of real downpours. We’ve had no leaks.

Aza was timely, efficient, and a great communicator. I loved that he took pictures of our roof before and after to fully explain the work. Found him recommended on Next Door and will certainly pass on his info to other neighbors!
