My first visit. Beautiful theater. Great sound system. The cast of Next to Normal was phenomenal and each cast member had such a beautiful vocal sound and range, especially Donna Louden and Jake Ziman - oh my ears were happy happy. Intimate setting. I'm thankful for this wonderful afternoon delight. Thanks Copley, cast & crew. Beautiful performance. Beautiful!

This is a small theater recently refinished and part of the Paramount family. First class theater and very clean. I would definitely suggest it and also donating to the theaters, especially to help the children and families who might not have the opportunity to see such wonderful productions!

My partner got us tickets for Next To Normal which is my absolute FAVORITE. This show was INCREDIBLE!!!!! We LOVED being close enough to see the actors’ facial expressions. Their voices were better even than the original!!!!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ❤❤❤❤

Great local gem!! We purchased the season of three plays, and the first two so far have been EXCELLENT!! Theater is beautiful. You do not need to go downtown for excellent theater. (But do that too.)

Copley theater is a one hell of a black box theater. The stage is a three quarter thrust so the audience is in on all the action. We are looking very forward to our season. Next to Normal was an absolute homerun to start.

Small, cozy theater giving you a rare chance to be 'in' the show. The staging & action takes place at floor level. Actors are often within arm's reach if you're in the front row or on the aisle. Shows themselves have been top notch in talent and production. Nice bar area for drinks before the show and during intermission. I'm a season ticket holder; you should be too!

The show Next to Normal was amazing! We loved the theater. It was small and intimate. There was a great accessible spot for a wheelchair. The bar/lounge was pretty, and we got great drinks. We highly recommend The Copley!

The show was great! The theatre was very warm. I informed one of the staff. I hope when we return for What the Elf the room temp is improved upon.

I'm writing in Fall 2023, one show into our second season of Bold! We've been so impressed with the choice of shows - each one leaving a new awareness of a social issue and encouraging the audience to feel deeply and talk about reallly pertinent and important topics.

4 of the 5 shows we've seen were absolutely top notch, and we're so pleased with our season tickets.

This is a bargain for anyone in love with live theater.

We saw "Next to Normal" here. Outstanding performance from every member of the cast. Very sensitively done on a tough issue related to mental health.

Saw the show SWEAT. Excellent message, acting and cast! This theatre is small and cozy. So glad I got my season subscription.

Great new theater. Not ideal for those with mobility issues, totally accessible but a decent amount of walking required.
Great bar and phenomenal theater space

Beautiful intimate theatre in historic Aurora just iff the river. Very friendly helpful staff that go out of there way to be kind and help in any way they can. Stage door is inside the building right next to the entrances to the seating area with plenty of space to meet the actors and actresses when they come of stage. The building is very clean but modern with a nice bar and seating area upstairs and plenty of restrooms that were well taken care of. We would definitely go back again for another production.

I just went to see ‘Hand to God’ with a friend. The newly renovated theater is fantastic. There is a full bar. The theater itself is intimate but I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the set production. It was a very high caliber production for a small space and the show finished with a deserved standing ovation. There’s also a delicious new cocktail lounge and art gallery across the river. It’s called French 75 and it’s a really good way to end the night after the show.
The play itself was quite good but it should be noted that it is dark and although humorous, sacrilegious at times.

Very nice venue and the current show “Fun Home” was just fantastic. The first two shows were solid productions and a good value, but this show takes it to the next level. Moving, heartwarming, dramatic, it really has it all. The actors good not have been better and the music was great as well. I can’t say enough about it, go see it.

Paramount Theatre's Bold Series is a perfect fit for this theater. Its lounge is worth a visit, too.
