Jeremy is a very professional , overall the service of "Utah eviction law" makes landlords quiet confident .. this is professional advice, and if no another choice - support with future steps. We were stuck in situation without property manager and with abusive - behaved tenant (tenant which was very experienced and knew all legal rules).
