Old Navy

Had the best experience here today! Tiana went above and beyond in helping me locate a pair of petite jeans at another old navy store in the area as I am going out of town and didn’t have time for shipping. Super impressed with their jeans recently too!

My blazer came on time is a very nice weight. It wasn't a bad deal for the $25 I paid. It's unlined, so it'll probably lose its shape.

The people here are always so nice! The place looks good keep up the good work.

I like Old Navy. Always good service and great products. I wish they were more "bigger people" friendly. They're clothes run on the small tight side. Prices are on the higher end, but they do run great sales. Good quality clothes though.

I had a large return from an online purchase. The lady at the desk/cashier was so helpful and friendly! She was so respectful and made my return process very easy, eventhough, I had no receipt. We had to use my confirmation email. After I was done, I went around the store and browsed around. They are ready for the Thanksgiving sale. I ended up finding a new kind of jeans made just for the cold weather. Is soft to the touch, is perfect! I found it on four colors! Two shades of blue, white, and black. The inside feels like fleece and is so soft. The jean is from the Rockstar collection, high rise.

Went during a big clearance sale on a Saturday evening. Loaded up the cart with stuff for baby and a preteen. Clearanced clothes were super cute and priced right! Got 4 pairs of skinny jeans for prices ranging from about $3.50-$9.50 each, tops for under $3, totally adorable baby (12-18 mo) clothes including boot socks, shoes, boots, jeans, leggings, shirts, and a bodysuit not paying more than $6 for anything. Spent about $80 between the two girls and brought home two big bags of super-cute stuff.

The cashier was totally friendly and kind. She rang up my purchases with no problem even though one item was missing its tag. She was very nice to my girls and made us want to return to this store for all our Old Navy shopping.

The store is decently sized. Some stuff feels over priced when purchased at full price but if you shop the sales and clearance, it is ideal for kids who keep growing out of stuff before it wears out. Clothing material feels thin in a lot of examples and stitching isn't always perfect. You gotta scrutinize before you buy.

John the General Manager, and Ariel the lead were by far the best customer service personnel I have ever had, help me. I went in for my wife who is a high risk due to this COVID to exchange a lot of online orders, and they stopped what they were doing to make sure I was helped to the fullest extent. From swapping children sizes to even ringing me up on the spot. Let me tell you, my wife didn't tell me how much was in the online bag until I opened it in the store. I was very upset and frustrated, this would have taken me hours to find the right clothes and the right size. Thank you so much to you and your team. Will definitely come back just because of the courtesy and experience. GOOD JOB...

Open now! There is a sign to wear a mask when entering. Everyone I seen was wearing one. I had a return to do, with a pickup. The lead cashier was awesome. I has already looked online and the size I needed the computer said they didn't have. She went out of her way to have someone check and sure enough they did have my size! Got my jeans I wanted and got my pickup. Out in less than 10 minutes.

I always spend way too much when I shop in store! Love their clothes for our entire familya

We want towards the end of the day on a Saturday and during a sale. I expected to see a sort of messy store. But I was totally wrong! The store was busy but everything was still recovered nicely. I didn't have to struggle to find things or find out sale prices. There was also a line but it moved quickly and both cashiers was friendly and helpful.

Some stuff you see in their ads may not be at the store but online. Not too crazy about that.

The last two times I've been looking for specific items and have tried numerous stores with no luck, I've stopped looking after Old Navy! They always have what I need, and usually something I didn't need but just can't pass up! Today, fuzzy socks for dirt cheap! Yay!

Staff was all masked. Customers were sparse and, avoidant. Few unmasked weren't aggressive about it. Well stocked and clean.

Kudos to Old Navy. It is refreshing to see a company acknowledge that people come in many shapes and sizes and treating them equally.

The employees at the Fairview Heights Old Navy have always been very welcoming, friendly and helpful. And, of course the clothes are great, too!

I love shopping at Old Navy because of the prices. The staff is really friendly and the deals around the holidays are usually the best you can find anywhere.
