Best shopping experience hands down. The women (A&W) working there are so helpful, friendly, professional, and kind. They are cheerleaders and make you feel welcome and cared for. They need a good raise and a hefty bonus for taking top-notch care of every person that walks through those doors. Other stores in this outlet mall should take note. Thank you ladies for being amazing and so very positive! Highly recommend!

While shopping at LOFT, we misplaced our Tommy Hilfiger shopping bag which we realized only after reaching home. We called LOFT and confirmed that it was in their store. The store manager Judy went above and beyond her duties to ship that Tommy Hilfiger bag to us since we live 3 hrs away.
