My son has been a member since 2020! My son Dairieon loves being there and is on his way to getting his first degree Black Belt in June of 2024! He has learned to more independent, disciplined himself and dedicated to learning the forms, combos, and weapons. I am a committed parent on the Sidekicks Team and we love what we do! PMA is a great place for children learning to be part of a team and dedicated in learning self defense and life skills. He is also in the leadership class. The staff and owners are very nice and professional and hold the child accountable for their actions and earning their belts. I Love this place, PMA keep doing great things! Come on out and join us!!

I basically live here! I've been training and teaching here for years. I'm so glad to get the opportunity to improve lives every day on the mats! Not only that, but having fun at the same time! I hope you'll give us a shot to get your family to grow!

Premier Martial Arts is the best place I have found for working out. The atmosphere is welcoming and it just feels like home. I have been doing krushbox for the past five weeks and I feel better than I ever have. I feel stronger and more confident. The trainers are incredible (Sarah, Ashley, Boskey, and Mr. Garcia are the ones I've worked with the most)! They're kind, meet you where you are, and know when to push you. I've loved every moment of it and i'm so happy I found the little gem in Dover Delaware(:

Love this program! My daughter has been part of this program for about two years, and she has grown so much as a result. As a parent, I have seen an increase in self-confidence, respect at home, and physical fitness. Mr. Bravo is both firm and kind, making for a fun class each time. My daughter loves the weapons training!

The Martial Arts program at Premier Martial Arts Dover is the best in the area. Kind and qualified teachers, excellent curriculum and the staff has a true love and understanding of the martial arts and the ability to transfer that to your child as they teach! Give your child a great head start in life by having them train here.

Awesome school and summer camp programs. When my special needs grandson, Mackie participated they went the extra mile to help him learn to the best of his ability. His brother Andrew has been going for several years and is now a Red belt II. They are not only a karate school coaches they make everyone feel like family. Black and Green!!!!!!!! Awesome!!!!!

We love this place! We have been customers for years and it’s been wonderful watching all the kids grow, not only with their skills and belt levels but more so with their confidence and self esteem. I’ve also recently started their Krushbox program! LOVE IT! They really do offer something for everyone in the family.

If you are looking for a friendly and professional place for your child to learn discipline, self confidence and martial arts, this is the best around. My 8 year old and my 3 year old love it and I love the Krushbox classes too. From the moment we walked in the doors we were treated like family.

PMA Dover is amazing! I highly recommend for children and adults. Both of my children attend martial arts training and I take a fitness class. They treat us like family!

Staff was kind and helpful. I was able to learn the basics of kickboxing within 6 weeks. I would’ve loved to have also taken the Krav Maga classes but unfortunately they are 40 minutes from where I live. Great experience within my 6 weeks with them.

PMA Dover is our second home! We started with our children taking a free concentration and focus workshop and my husband quickly joined. It took me a little longer but now I take Krushbox and it’s become a family affair. Two and a half years later and we are so grateful for all we’ve gotten from PMA! Best decision ever🥊🥋💚

I am a fitness instructor, so when it comes to being able to defend yourself, one would think “Strength” and “Endurance” would be all that you may need... NOT the case at all. I attended their free Women’s Self defense class on Saturday April 13th and I am beyond grateful that I did! After being there for an hour and being taught by a very professional and informative instructor(accompanied by two other wonderful young ladies who were amazing), I left feeling confident , POWERFUL and even stronger! What they taught me in just that hour alone, may save my life, if needed. It was a great experience and I will be coming back for more!

My son has done karate elsewhere in the past, and had a decent experience. However, Premier is just that, PREMIER! They tell you they care and then also back it up with their actions. My son is learning life lessons alongside of martial arts and I couldn't be more pleased with the program!!
