My daughter’s PC was full of malware and Adrian was able to clean and return within a day. It’s working beautifully now but will keep him in my favorites for when she downloads something else she shouldn’t ;)

What an amazing service! If I could give 100 star review I would! I have purchased used inoperable laptop and Adrian went above and beyond to fix it. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, reasonable and with the best work ethic ever, give A&O a chance you will not be disappointed.

My laptops motherboard was fried and Adrian helped me check up on everything free of charge. He also recommended me new laptops and other tips to prevent this from happening again. Very helpful, kind, and patient. Would definitely recommend

Expert service and professional. I took my laptop with broken screen there for a solution. He checked it and said I needed a replacement screen. He checked the parts store and gave me a quote within a few minutes; and told me when my screen would be delivered.
I took my laptop back and he replaced the screen at a resonable cost.
We had a great conversation. A calm and friendly guy.

I would highly recommend this company if you need your phone or computer repaired. I was hacked (big time) on my desktop. Adrian went above and beyond in his service and came to my home to retrieve the necessary piece of equipment to help me. After that awful day of huge anxiety I was so grateful for his kindness. Within the week I had everything backed up and scrubbed. When I went to pick it up and pay (very reasonable price) he hooked it up and explained everything he did and what I should do in the future should it happen again. Excellent service. Excellent prices. He truly wants to help and serve.

I was first to A&0 with security concerns after having been hacked. The technician there got me back on track and I have been back several times since. He even knew his way around a new HP Pavilion that would have had me fumbling around forever! It is good to have someone you can count on.

Adrián was great! He helped fix my computer from what I thought to be a dead end. My computer from 2013 had issues with its hinges that were hard to find since it was an older model and Adrian came through with an efficient and effective solution that led me to not needing a new computer. I will reccomend this business to anyone I know who needs their computers fixed. 10/10 really went above and beyond within a week or less of having my computer fixed.

Fast and efficient service and very professional. I had my computer at another service center and after 5 months they still couldn’t fix my computer. I drop it off to A&O Group and within 2 weeks I have my computer back and running smoothly. These guys are amazing! The only delay was waiting on the motherboard to come back from the manufacture so if it weren’t for that I’m sure I would of had it back sooner. Adrian did a great job troubleshooting and replacing my hard drive. He returned the old one to me. Plus was able to install latest Windows version, which saved me time! Will be coming here for all my computer needs.

I took an old laptop in (2006) that wouldn’t turn on anymore to get the hard drive downloaded so that I can keep the pictures that were saved to the computer. I was so excited and happy to see all of my picture memories from back then! I also took in an older HP desktop in (2012) and Adrian was able to clean it up for me and get it back up to speed. Definitely recommend A&O!

Took my son’s desktop here because it wasn’t booting up & knew I couldn’t handle the repair. Needed a new motherboard had issues with the power supply. Adrian had it repaired & back to me in a week. I will be definitely using them for my repairs in the future.

Found this place on line owner super friendly. Went in to try to unlock an old phone went above and beyond trying to help me as far as honking it up to his computer trying to unlock the swipe feature. And after about 25 minutes came back said sorry I wasn't able to do anything for you and there will no charge....

Brought in a work laptop that died unexpectedly, Adrian was able to diagnose the issue (motherboard short) and recover my hard drive by the next day. I appreciate that he didn't push a very expensive repair and suggested a new laptop would be the smarter route. Data recovery service was affordable, will definitely come back with future issues.

Adrain was a fast , reliable , hard working man. Called him and same day got to drop off my computer for repair. Finished and had me out the door happy very quick!! Adrian was great! He knew exactly how to get my computer to work and rescued the data I thought was gone forever. I knew it was a repair shop but they even sell equipment there too! I will definitely come here again next time I need help with my computer!

I needed my laptop camera fixed and instead of having me drop it off A &O fixed it right then and there. I will definitely come back and recommend them to everyone I know.
