9/13/23 I purchased 2023 Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe from them. The staff is friendly and its family operated even though they drive a hard bargain it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will recommend

Second time buying a motorcycle from them. Have been going her for over 20 years. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you step inside. Chuck the salesman was very nice and not pushy. Everyone working there from the parts department to the service department is always friendly and helpful.

Amazingly helpful staff. No pushy salespeople just genuinely care about what they do and are there to help. Will be back!

Called in right before closing because we needed riding gloves very last min. Zack was nice enough to keep the store open alittle after closing to allow us to pick these up. I have been going here for all my motorcycle needs for the past 2-3 years and have walked out happy every time. 10/10 would recommend the staff is awesome!

trying to get back in to motorcycles after 20yrs of not being on 2 wheels. so i had a lot of questions as pretty much everything has changed in some way. They happly answered all my questions, explained why honda was behind and that they couldnt order or tell me when i could expect a bike to come in. same thing ive heard from other honda dealers. i was there just to look into ordering a bike nothing else, but i was so happy with how chill everyone was i bought a helmet. It looks like i'll end up getting a bike somewhere else but thats hondas fault not there's. I will however come back there for everything else, and maybe a bike if the cards fall right.

Bought my first bike with them. Worked with me although I didn’t have great credit. Sale was easy and fast. Was out in about 30 mins. One of the gentlemen even helped us load it and tie it down!

This Honda dealer has been here for many years. I remember driving past it as a kid. I stopped in to take a look and get information or two bikes and let me just say they are beyond friendly!! They are not pushy at all! They treat you like family. If you have a question about anything they will answer to their best knowledge and they explain everything so well. I was set on buying a bike but my wife decided she wanted a Harley Davidson but my older brother came with and he decided to purchase a shadow. They really make everything easy and less stressful than most dealers. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in to see if they had any bikes I’d be interested in. I was greeted warmly by Chuck. They had only 1 new bike in stock that I could see and not what I was after. Chuck let me know bikes are being bought before they arrive and supply isn’t meeting demand-as has been my experience. He did have the bike I was interested in on order and offered to take a deposit. I decided to keep looking for now. This was the most positive experience I have had at motorcycle dealer so far in my search. I will definitely return for other needs if I do not purchase a bike from here. Nice selection of riding gear in stock!

Super friendly. Picked up a ct125 there and Zach spent some time helping me load up onto a hitch rack, gave me a great lesson in the process. Happy these guys are still around!

This place was wonderful. If you’re a beginner rider like myself and need some help these are people very professional, and a delight to deal with. Fox Valley Cycles is awesome! About ten years ago they ordered me a Tour Master riding suit and treated me like family even though it was my first time in there. When the Goldwing mechanic at the other Honda store I frequented, retired, I knew I needed to come here. The Service Manager got me in and out fast. Super nice guy, very professional. My maintenance and recall were done when promised. The tech didn’t leave any fingerprints anywhere. Fox Valley Cycles is top notch.

I have visited a few times and purchased merchandise once. Each and every time I have been met with exceptional customer service. The staff here are always willing to go out of their way to help their customers and you don't feel forced to make a purchase. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and does a good job explaining their services and products and assisting you find exactly what you are looking for. You feel the enthusiasm for motorcycles while in the store.

Family owned, lots of experience, small business feel, great communication, very organized and punctual, no BS or games when looking or asking questions. They know motorcycle people because they are motorcycle people and they just want to help you find the two wheel experience that you're looking for.
It's a bit of a drive for me but I will definitely be back for anything I need in the future.
