The Golden Fleece Tavern

Golden Fleece has a great staff that runs the place. Security is on top of everything and making sure everyone is safe and having a good time. Rachel and Chris are the best. They manage the establishment so well. The bartenders are very friendly and very nice, especially Meagan. Definitely a place to enjoy great music and great drinks.

This was my first time going here. It's a very inside. I've been looking for a place here in Dover to go to for drinks that I'm comfortable being in. So far this is that place.
I don't like being around customers who can't handle themselves properly. I just want to have fun when I'm out.
The bartenders here are very sociable here.

Great place to hang out and drink with your friends. Ive been going there for 8 years. Bartenders are awesome. Music is cool. Theres 3 sections at the fleece. They even have an outside bar patio area. And few games like darts and couple of arcade games.

My husband and I were visiting and decided to stop and have a drink at the Golden Fleece. We were planning on having dinner across the street but the restaurant was closed. We were the only ones in the bar but the bar tender was very prompt and friendly. He put our request game on the TV and offered samples of beers we hadn't heard of. In the end he offered suggestions on dinner locations which we took and had a great meal. We will definitely stop by for a drink or two when we're back again.

Staff go out of their way to make your evening enjoyable. Drinks affordable and love playing darts in the backroom. Lo e the outside patio in warmer months. My go-to spot for Thursday nights. You'll feel like your in the Cheers pub in Boston. Look for Norm. Cheers

Very friendly bar. Lex, the bartender, is an angel that makes delicious and generous drinks. This place makes me wish I wasn't 40+ days sober...

My favorite bar in Dover! They recently expanded so crowding isn't a problem anymore and now the women have more than one bathroom. They also added an arcade game room where I plan on spending much time.

Went in for a few beers. Loud music, wasn't over crowded. No complaints.

This has always been a good local place to drink. Its even better now with the added dance area.

Great place to chill with friends. It's in the Heart of Dover. Drinks are affordable and service is great. No stress bartenders

They carry Oak barrel stout by Fordham on draft for 4.50 my favorite beer in a cozy atmosphere.

Great drinks, great bartenders, and eclectic crowd with awesome music by the DJ. Will definitely return for drinks when i'm in the area.

Nice neighborhood bar, bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice selection of liquor and beer.
