Custom Ink - Lincoln

We used Custom Ink to create camp mugs our wedding favors. They turned out beautifully, were exactly what we had envisioned, and were a big hit with our guests. We had a lot of help from Skylar who was awesome and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was also really nice to be able to walk into the storefront and see the item before we had to order. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Great store, everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with Skylar to design some new gear for my studio and she was amazing, offering her expertise making the process extremely easy. Very communicative as a whole, response time is incredible when I had questions. If anything was delayed or needed to be changed due to stocking issues they are very accommodating and let you know the situation right away - I appreciate how upfront they are about their inventory. The products I ordered came timely and were all perfect, more than impressed with the quality and will continue to use them for other projects!

I had a really wonderful experience here a few years ago making a last minute artist shirt for my brother.

I was trying to find them again for this Christmas, and can't believe there are no reviews! Well I, for one, HIGHLY recommend them. Usually they do bulk, but they are also able to do individual shirts, which is what I did. All I had to do was go online to their "Design Lab," pick what type/color/size/fabric/etc I wanted for the shirt, upload the image I wanted to be on the shirt and place it where I wanted it to be on the shirt, and click submit. Then they did the rest. If there was anything they weren't sure about for my preferences, they called quick to ask (like, how many inches down from the neckline do I want the image to be, etc).

The turnaround was super fast, and they even shipped it for me! All the way from their store here in Chicago to NYC in time for my brother's birthday.

I had ordered jerseys for my team and everything was great- from the user friendly website to the customer service (Nathalie A) to the follow ups to make sure my order was ok (Claire). Pricing was 20% lower than their competitors and they were really prompt in responding to my questions. I would highly recommend again!

Went here to order t-shirts for our new business. Skylar was really helpful in helping us narrow down which t-shirts (cut, material, color) we wanted and event helped design them herself. We just got our first order and it's exactly what was promised- great material and the logo looks just like it did online. I would recommend going in person if you can so you can feel the materials but their online platform is easy to navigate as well!

I highly recommend Custom Ink to anyone looking to customize apparel, accessories, or any promotional product. I made an in-store appointment online and immediately received a confirmation email asking if there is anything I'd like to let them know before my appointment. I let them know what I was interested in seeing. I felt safe (due to Covid-19) during my appointment and was the only person in the store the whole time. I worked with Skylar F., who pulled items for me based on my email. She could not have been nicer! She is super knowledgeable about the products (fit, fabric, and quality) in store and helped me find the perfect product to promote my brand. Her customer service was outstanding and very impressive. We placed a order for shirts and Cups from Custom Ink last minute and needed a quick turn around. Claire at the local office was extremely helpful. She placed our order and had our entire order shipped to our office before the date we originally specified. The products turned out great. We will definitely be using Custom Ink again in the future and recommend to anyone looking for promotional printing.

Very quick turnaround! Per usual, I waited until the last minute but Skylar was very helpful with the process, was patient and collaborated with me on the design! We submitted, I paid for the expedited and it got here sooner than it said it would! The shirt itself was exactly how I envisioned + great quality. Highly recommend Custom Ink!

Skylar was SO helpful when helping me create some custom t-shirts for Christmas gifts. When I inquired about how to create single shirts, with different prints, she quickly made a mock of my design vision. I wasn’t sure if my idea was going to translate well onto a t-shirt, but her mock up eased my mind. She laid out all the options of what was possible (type of shirt, font, colors). She definitely took the stress of my plate of getting my shirts printed and sent on time for the holidays. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her help, and definitely will go back to Skylar when I need help with more custom printed clothing!

I stopped in to see about some marketing tools for my new Brow Waxing business in the neighborhood and was helped by Skylar. She was very friendly and gave great advice in regards to what would best suit my current needs. We stopped by to look at Koozie options for our wedding and Claire was extremely helpful. It was nice to be able to see the options in person versus online. Because of our visit, we were able to pick you the perfect Koozie type and work with Claire on designing it exactly to our vision. She helped us on every step of the way and made the process VERY easy. While their online ordering is also an easy process, Claire was able to make it even easier. We loved being able to go talk to someone in person and look at all the options in the store from Koozies to hand sanitizers and masks. We will definitely be stopping by to work with the Custom Ink team for our future projects.

Great to be able to try on the shirts and feel the fabric. Skylar was enthusiastic and so nice. She helped me feel good about the design and clean up some of the rough edges.
