Friendly, professional service. They did a wonderful job helping me convert a dress to a skirt and top combo.

Never had a problem here. People are decently friendly, they clean everything well and haven’t lost anything in the past year or so I’ve used them. Dry cleaners aren’t perfect, but this one is pretty solid.

Been going for many years excellent for alterations too.

The worst laundry in DC. They lost a pants, they broke the buttons of my shirt, they give back some shirts dirty.

The WORST customer service experience EVER. They truly did not care to help me at all and threw my pants back at me when I asked why I had to pay up front instead of after I received my service. They barely speak to you and put 0 effort into giving you what you want, which for the record was a tiny alteration. Would never ever come back here

Tried to give me back my shirts dirty, they were rude and gave me attitude. Really awful place, avoid at all costs.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!
They lost several of our clothes, pretended like they would reimburse us. Never gave us our money back, stopped returning calls, emails, and even dodged me when I went into the building to speak one on one with the manager..REPEATEDLY!
If you like your clothes and your money, then go elsewhere!

Super RUDE!!! Don't go if you want to RUIN your day!! Don't believe that the staff are friendly, they are NOT!!! They are NOT!!! What's worse is that one day I had my clothes with my own hangers, and they took them without saying a word.

THEY LOST AN ENTIRE order!!!! 14 items! We spoke, they offered to reimburse me then stopped taking my calls. Literally, I can't get the manager to speak to me! The most terrible service experience I have ever had. DO NOT use them!!!!!!!

They have ripped three of my shirts.
