Thrift & Dollar is one of the best kept secrets in Aurora. Scott and John do a tremendous job of keeping their store chock-full of Estate Sale treasures! I selfishly don’t even like writing this review because I don’t want all of the treasure hunters to beat me to their excellent finds! Haha! But I would very much like to see this location thrive, or even expand in the future! Thrift & Dollar is the top location I recommend for my interiors decorating clients, as well as any renters or homeowners looking for beautiful and high-quality pieces of furniture, art, and home goods. This place has the coolest collection of stuff anywhere in this area. Prices are reasonable and they usually have some tag promotion / sale. There is a lot of old stuff so if you are sensitive to dust aging items Id recommend wearing a mask.

I love this place, you need to visit! It's a perfect place for antiques, and one of a kind finds. And the tool, oh my goodness its loads of them. And the gun had been there for a long time. But it's a good conversation piece. #wayofcassandra

Truly an amazing thrift store I drive about 40mins to come shop here about every other month.

This is a nice thrift store with some really cool antiques. The prices are good. The place is packed full of stuff but it’s pretty well organized and clean so it’s easy to look through it all.

You can find the coolest vintage stuff ever! Inventory continually rotates. If you see it and love it, buy it. Chances are it won’t be there tomorrow!

Visited for the first time last weekend and was in awe of the selection. Very well organized, huge space, and so many options to choose from in every category of vintage items. The staff, especially Scott, were very nice and helpful. The name and building from the outside do not look like much, but inside it's like heaven! I found the prices to be very reasonable as well!

Interesting thrift store. Large assortment of items and furniture. No clothes are sold here so it's a treasure hunter's dream. Very narrow aisles in some areas so keep that in mind. Has an antique store feel but thrift store prices. Highly recommended at least once.

Went today after seeing a tik tok of this place and did not disappoint. Not the typical thrift store this place had several amount of wood furniture pieces and home trinkets. We bought a vintage wood dresser, ceramic trinkets and a picture of Chicago skyline and will soon come again for a piano and wood clock. Thank you for having a wonderful store and very kind staff especially the help to load onto the car. Highly recommend will come again soon

Best Thrift EVER. They had a vast selection of.... EVERYTHING. We will definitely be back. Today we scored vintage bar stools, a bench and an oak office chair. All exceptionally priced. It's a great place to find what you are looking for, furniture, kitchen supplies, tools, artwork and frames, the list goes on.

I fell in love in this place I am a fan of thrifting if that is even a thing. They are so organized and have anything and everything you may need i was surprised to even see cosmetics, perfumes&lotions. In every isle I found something to buy from entering i found different type of clocks,frames and when i went into the first isle they had plates,pots,pans,decorations just the whole store was lovely i wanted to shop so much but I went only for cabin decorations like bears,moose,deer,fish etc.. I found my happy place I so recommend it. If you are looking for furniture it's a must visit they have tons and mirrors too!!!

It's so much more than a thrift store. I adore this place. Always have new stuff and things come from the owner. There's always something new. Very nice staff. Cheap prices for awesome quality things, you could look at the store for hours and still not see everything.

It's not in a very nice neighborhood, but if you love thrift stores then this place is worth a visit! They don't have many clothes, mostly household stuff and furniture. They have an impressive amount of antiques, many of them in good condition.

Love this store! Been going for years! On regular basis. Can always find something. Best sales person to work with is Bill he is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The owner and the big tall skinny dude are most unfriendly they will walk right past you and not even day hello. Check out girls are wonderful.

I've been going here on a regular basis for over five years. I love this place and the employees. From a re-seller/personal purchase standpoint you should absolutely travel from near and far to visit this place. They have a little bit of everything. Some of the aisles are a bit narrow so here's what I do! I grab a plastic bin from the back area like by the tools and carry that around with me. Sometimes setting it at the end of an aisle and filling as I go...if one isn't available they don't mind if I set things up front. If I have my children with me I always bring a carrier. Then I can strap my youngest to my back. I don't mind the cramped space. They fit a whole lot of amazing things in this shop! It's like going to an estate sale without you know...going to an estate sale.

Very friendly employees. Insane collection of household goods. First time there today and they were having a great sticker sale. Some drool worthy antique furniture. Glassware and a variety of pretty porcelain knick knacks. I will definitely be back. A hidden gem this place!

I go there very often for ironstone and I got nice pieces for really cheap. Furniture is kinda high priced but I never asked for a deal. There is a lot of nick - nack things I get to do my crafts. Clothes - not too many and are not something you want to wear. Overall, for my needs I more than like the store.
