This was an absolutely amazing experience. I’m one of those really anxious pet parents and when I learned my cat needed to have almost all her teeth removed, I was so terrified, mostly due to the risks that come with anesthetics. After a lot of research, I decided this was the best place to take her - and I wasn’t wrong. We drove over an hour and a half to come here, and it was well worth it. The staff and doctors were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I actually cried with relief when we did the consultation, because I knew my baby was in good hands! I had Doctor Katie Kling. She was so nice and walked me through the whole process and updated me while my cat was under on what work needed to be done. Yes, this is going to be more expensive than your regular vet, but that’s because you’re truly getting the most top-notch specialized care for your pet. Knowing that my pet was in the best hands possible was worth every penny! My kitty had almost all her teeth removed and recovered beautifully. Could not be more grateful!

I am so grateful to have had my 4 lb Mi-Ki treated by Dr Kling and staff. It is a fallacy that little dogs cannot be anesthetized. She had 13 teeth extracted and in a changed little girl. She is happy and full of life after suffering dental pain for at least a year. Her care was better that I could have imagined. The staff was gentle, kind and very communicative.

My poor kitten-Tanner- had an unfortunate run in with my dog and my primary vet referred me here. They were soooo great and got me in ASAP. Their office is beautiful and you forget that you are in Aurora. The doctor stayed late and then called me personally after my kittens procedure to explain all of the details which I was very grateful for!!!! I would absolutely recommend this practice. Everyone is exceptional!!!

Like so many others, I am really happy that I chose to bring my cat here for dental surgery! This practice is great and everyone I encountered was kind to both my cat and myself. My cat is just over 15 years old and I had been through the process of extraction with her back in 2018. However, this time about 2/3 of her remaining teeth had to be taken out and I dreaded over where to take her, and I'm really glad I chose here!

If anyone else is in a similar situation I would recommend coming here to get the job done by people that do it every day. Even with the large amount of work needing to be done, my cat was out of surgery in about 2 hours. Fast forward to now (exactly one month later) and she is doing really well! She was back to her normal routine in about a week and literally no problems have surfaced since. Such a relief!

This office took all my calls and answered my questions without making me feel like a bother, and that really helped with the stress of having to do this. I think anyone that contacts them will notice right away what I mean. I'm incredibly happy with how everything turned out.

We have had 3 kitties over the past few years who have been fortunate to experience the expert care and surgical skills of Dr. Juriga and his well-qualified staff. I would never have entrusted my kitties’ care to anyone else because of their special needs. We lost a healthy cat to anesthesia with our regular vet, so I was especially nervous about complicated procedures which normally would take long hours under anesthesia. But Dr. Juriga would be able to do them in nearly half the time making the procedures much safer. One kitty required having broken canines removed which could cause jaw breakage. Another required that all of his teeth be removed behind his canines. Another was frail and elderly. With thorough explanations of precautions to be taken, I felt relieved to know my kitties were in good hands, and they were!

We were referred to this clinic for emergency extractions of our furry kid and immediately we felt he would be well taken care of, the staff and the doctors were very caring and tended to his needs. They knew how much he means to us and treated us with much respect and friendliness. We were tired due to lack of sleep from work and our babys appointment was very early in the morning, the staff offered us pillows and blankets to take naps if we like while we waited for his procedure to be done. They truly care about you and the care your pet receives. Our baby is doing well and he is healing up nicely. We would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone who needs there babys teeth taken care of. We will remember them for any future care we may need. As a CVT, I have very high standards for veterinary care. The staff at VDC exceeded my expectations. The clinic itself is warm and inviting. The communication was excellent and the staff is very caring. My pup was in the best hands and had a smooth procedure. The best place for our dog Beavis. She’s been twice, and because she’s a senior, the practice takes extra care with her. She recovers quickly from the cleaning and anesthesia and I’m always confident they have her best interest. Worth every penny

It had been a couple years since Mac's last professional cleaning and despite daily brushing he needed to get the tartar and plaque buildup removed. Dr Sasser is the best, she takes such good care of Mac every time. This is the place I trust to take care of Mac's teeth.

I don't have enough positive adjectives in my vocabulary to express how wonderful this Vet Dental Clinic is. Every single person I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The clinic is very comfortable and soothing. They treated my special needs cat, Stitch, with so much care and consideration. It was heartwarming.

I was able to watch my cats procedure through the window, and it helped calm me down to see the amazing care he was receiving.

As with most things, you get what you pay for. That is 100% true with this clinic.

Best dental veterinary specialists in the Chicago- land area! I’ll drive from Chicago to their location any time my dog needs advanced dental care. Their clinic has a true fear free environment that helped my little boy stay calm/ relaxed throughout his consult. Their staff, techs, and veterinarians are all very kind and knowledgeable. When initially making my appointment I spoke to one of their techs who was very kind and soothing over the phone and made me feel at ease with what was going on with my pet. Really appreciated the flexibility in seeing me due to my work schedule.

I had a very positive experience and the best of outcomes for my little Missy Cat. At 13, her quality of life was slipping due to deterioration and loss of her remaining teeth. Vet Tech Stephanie and Dr. Laura Sasser met with me and worked up a same-day surgery plan. The expertise of Dr. Laura, as she proceeded with the very delicate surgery to remove the 11 teeth, went smoothly. You not only get an itemized estimate, but there are extras pet parents are not often aware of, such as the warm bedding for the animal during the lengthy procedures, along with many more professional services. I brought Missy home after her recovery time and she slept the first night. By morning, with no teeth, she was looking for her favorite wet food. There was very little drooling and no bleeding. As the days have gone by since 3/11, she is like a kitten, playing and eating pain free. All her vitals are pretty fair for a little girl her age. I am so pleased and have such peace of mind that I brought Missy into Veterinary Dental Center. Thank you!

It had been a shock to learn that my Milo would have to loose all his teeth--he had been in such pain . Dr. Kline and her team made sure that I was advised as to his progress before, during and after surgery. Everyone was so understanding and provided quite the compassionate loving care that was needed.
Today Milo runs around enjoying his pain free life---no more moaning or whimpering just a happy pup!

This is the best place to take your pet. They took such great care of our cat, she made a full recovery and the entire team - from booking the appointment to surgery - was so patient and kind. I could not recommend the team here enough and so happy with the care my cat received.

I was recommended to come here after having a scary experience with my family vet where my dog stopped breathing under anesthesia to remove a cracked tooth. I was nervous to try the extraction again but Dr Kling took a lot of care in her consultation with me and my pet. She answered all of my questions and explained all my options. She also observed my pets anxiety during the consultation and recommended a medication to help her calmly get through the morning of the surgery. She made me feel at ease with going ahead with the procedure a second time. My dogs tooth was removed with no problems and it's been 3 weeks and she is healing perfectly. My 8 year old kitty was diagnosed with stomatitis a few months ago and was recommended to do full mouth extractions to prevent further issues. She was clearly in a lot of pain and I wanted her to have the best outcome possible. I reached out to Veterinary Dental Specialty and they were so polite from the very beginning. You can tell their staff really cares about their patients and even the comfort of pet parents. The office is beautiful and they treated my kitty amazingly. My toothless kitty is now 2 months recovered and she’s so happy to no longer have her mouth pain. Thank you so much Doctors and staff :)

Every single person I met were knowledgeable, compassionate and professional . The office is clean, friendly and completely transparent. You can view the operating room if you choose to when your pet undergoes surgery. Dr Juriga is the best! He explained everything that he did while my dog was in his care. I am confident that my dog was in great hands all the way through. I can tell that each person there loved working with animals and it wasn’t just a job.

My wife and I have never had an exceptional experience like we had at the Veterinary Dental Center. Everyone there was so professional and when the doctor explained everything to us with pictures I felt so relieved. Blue recovered so fast and was back to normal SO FAST and is back to his normal self. I don't know how to say THANKS enough for the job that you did. No one does it like you people.
