Fantastic gym, great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and helping each other to reach their goals. Owners are knowledgeable and know many members by name.

One of the best gyms I've been a part of. The team is excellent and very helpful with tips. The best part about Barbell is that the people that go there, go there to work hard. You don't see a bunch of people standing around taking pictures of themselves. They create an awesome environment.

By far the best gym in the area.
It’s clean, priced right without any crazy contract gimmicks, and has fantastic equipment.
There’s something here for people wanting to get in a little better shape all the way to people who want to be competitive powerlifters.
The regulars here are friendly and I like the environment a lot.

I can guarantee you will not find a better gym with a supporting family structure where regardless if you are a amateur or pro, you are treated the same. Every coach/personal trainer in this place are immediately keen to help if needed, the gym has state of the art old school style and newer alike equipment. Go in and check it out and you will not be disappointed.

I had a great time lifting here. Everyone was friendly, and the facility had everything you could ever need. Their merchandise is also awesome with some really cool designs. If you are in the area and in need of a power lifting home; I hope you find one here. I know I wish I could.

The only downside is that I won't get to lift here for longer!

4:13 is an amazing gym, full of amazing people. From the ownership to the members, everyone who frequents this Paradise is incredible.

The equipment heavy reflects the intent and training of the membership - any bar you want, you will find, from cambered squat bars to heavily knurled deadlift bars.

Three monolifts, equipment and supplement sales, training, and general community. It's all here. If you're serious about powerlifting and serious about strength, this is THE gym to go to in the area.

The best place to train period. 8 squat racks (3 monolifts), 5 competition grade benchpresses, tons of free weights and machines, plenty of cardio, and one of the owners (wink) is the current middle weight world champion for powerlifting and the All Time World Record Holder! Lots a professional lifters and athletes train here; making it a very motivating environment as well!

Great place to train! Great equipment and knowledgeable staff. Once you workout here you'll never go back to the big chain gyms.

Great gym. I've signed up since day one and my numbers have gone up in, bench, deadlift, and Squats. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and I made new friends at the gym.
