David arrived, introduced himself, examined the problem, recommended a solution with the estimated cost. Once he received the okay, he went to work, quickly and neatly made the necessary replacement. No mess, no miss, no fuss and no cleanup afterwards.
He is professional, courteous and personable young man and I would request him if plumbing problems should occur again.

We had a humidifier line leak. Pete came over the next day and expertly installed a new line and tested out the humidifier. Perfect! Thank you for a no nonsense, quick fix to a wet problem!

Excellent workmanship by William, the plumber from HR Stewart. He came to our house to evaluate the leaking waste pipe. He arrived on time; he was nice, professional, explained in detail what was the issue and what he would do to address the problem. He answered all the questions we had and sent us the estimate the same day.
The job itself was challenging because our plumbing system is in the crawl space - a tight area where a person has to sit/bent/kneel and it's not comfortable for a person to be there for 2/3 hours but William, despite the challenge, did an excellent job and we are very grateful for his help.
HR Stewart company also, gave us a discount for "family and friends" which was a very nice surprise as we didn't expect any special treatment. Lexie, the person that I dealt with to arrange the meetings, also was very professional, informative, nice and efficient.
I had a very good experience dealing with this company and I am very lucky to find them. I will definitely use them again.

Anthony was great. He was very thorough in his investigation and explained my sewer issue very well. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone else and will solely be requesting him for any future work I need completed.

Colin was great really explained what he did. I do think $220 is really expensive to clean the flame sensor especially since I had paid $179.00 in September to have the furnace tuned up and cleaned for the winter. Overall Colin was fantastic!

David Elliot was courteous, explained the problem and the solution clearly, and completed the work without any mess.

Loved my first experience using HR. My furnace was not working properly and needed second opinion.. they were quick to assist the next day. It was a pleasure having Colin as the repair person! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable & my issue was resolved the same day. HR saved me a lot of money, glad I did not go with other company that was suggesting I get a new furnace. Would definitely recommend and use again!

HR Stewart recently replaced our boiler and did a great job. Eric and Brett were there for 3 days to install a complicated system. They were very knowledgable and worked diligently until they completed the job. The company is top notch from the front desk to the installers. They notify you of the installers arrival and check on things after installation. I would highly recommend them. By the way, things are working great. Thank you HR Stewart.

Last minute need to replace my water heater. David came same day, quickly replaced it, and the price was better than I expected. Very satisfied

Saw that my water heater was leaking so I knew it was shot and in need of replacement. Called HR Stewart and within 5 hrs had a new water heater professionally installed by their employee, William McCollum. He did a nice clean professional job.

Colin was very polite and informative. He said he had to run out for parts and he returned quickly. Job was completed and I am very satisfied. Colin did a great job!

Bill installed a sump pump and an ejector pump in my basement. Work was done efficiently and work sites were clean when he left. Very happy with the quick service and install.

Colin was very polite, diagnosed the problems quickly and fixed one of them immediately. We needed a new piece of equipment, he explained the problem, quoted the replacement before proceeding, and then installed the new humidistat. Great service as always, thank you!

Furnace would start up run for a short time and shut down. Called the office very polite and professional, set up a time and was at our house within two hours. Colin was clean, courteous and professional. If we need service again, H R Stewart is “ The Guy”.

They were on time, they did great work and didn't leave us with a huge mess to clean up after the work was done. Their boiler technician is knowledgeable and we have a toasty warm house now.
