I had the best experience possible at this veterinary hospital. The doctor was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for my cat and I. I am very blessed and thankful to have a vet like this to go to. Thank you Dr Ammon for being a great veterinarian and a great human being. I am forever thankful for your kindness and good heart.

Animal House is fantastic, reliable, and trustworthy. I like the low-key, no-frills clinic, and all staff's 'bedside manner' makes for a pleasant experience. Our questions are answered patiently and we feel our animals are getting top-notch care. We've tried other vets (including fear-free), and we are so happy with AHVH as are a few other families we've referred. I use reviews to find businesses and hope this review is useful to someone else who may be searching. Your animals will be in good and capable hands - if a rare something is out of their wheelhouse, they'll refer you to a specialist.

My beautiful boy Pepper had been missing since Dec 28th, but this wonderful human named Laura found him on New Year’s Eve, Luckily she’s a Vet Tech at Animal House Veterinary Hospital St. Charles, IL so she took him to work with her so he was safe until found! They gave Pepper all his shots, offers Neutered him and microchipped him, all as a gift! You know these people love truly love Animals, and want what’s in their best interest, my heart is exploding, with their generosity, I guess Pepper is on a mini Vacation, safe and loved and will be home Soon ❤❤❤❤Thank You Laura and Staff!!!! I definitely found a New Office for all my Pets!!!

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that I bring here. Dr Gerbhart is amazing and informative. She takes time for you and your furry companions/kids. The vet techs are freaking amazing! I love how well run this facility is and you can tell how hard everyone works. This is a traumatizing and harsh job, but you wouldn't know it with how friendly everyone is. I love the care provided, i love this place!!!

We have been going to Animal House for 20 years, spanning 2 dogs and 2 cats. They are compassionate and practical, they care about their patients, both animal and human, and I have never had a bad experience in all that time.

We've been with the Doctors and Staff at Animal House for over 12 years. They've been wonderful to our animals and family. Both clinics are busy but they always take the time to follow up with any questions or concerns we have. They are knowledgeable and dedicated. We recently lost both of our dogs to cancer within the past year. The Doctors were honest, treated all of us with care and exhibited comfort to all when it was time to cross over the rainbow bridge.

I have been taking my dogs here for the past three years and have never left disappointed. Dr. Griffith is absolutely amazing and I feel like she cares for her patients just as much as us owners care for our family. The techs are absolutely wonderful as well and are so sweet. I would recommend this veterinarian again and again

There are not enough words to express how amazing this Vet office is. I have worked with rescues my whole life and have dealt with a lot of different Vets and Animal House by far is the absolute best staff I have ever met. They all genuinely care about me and my fur baby's health and happiness. I am so in love with all the doctors and staff that even though we are moving to Tennessee I will continue to bring my pets here. I have never had a bad experience and am so thankful to have found this team. Thank you all♡

This is an excellent veterinarian clinic for you to bring your pet to. They will take good care of your pet and they will clip your pets nails at no additional charge. The staff is very friendly and informative about your pets needs. They are a little expensive but they are thorough examining your dog or cat or other pets that they work with. They have a clean facility that is comfortable to be in

Dr. Mary has taken care of my bunnies for yrs. She is kind and extremely knowledgeable. When one of mine was very sick, she gave him one-on-one ICU-type of attention that allowed him to live longer. I recommend her and the staff at Animal House Veterinary Hospital to anyone seeking an exotic-specialized Vet.

I cannot say enough about Animal House Hospital located in St Charles Illinois. The staff is fantastic!! They were very kind, caring , & loving, toward my dog. Mae Mae, who had to have major surgery. Dr Scott is incredible, he is a very... caring doctor, professional, & will always keep u up to date, & well informed. Mae Mae would not have survived without them. I thank God for Dr Scott and his entire staff. They go above & beyond. I highly... highly recommend them. You will be satisfied & happy that you did.

After horrible experiences at our previous vet, Animal House has been incredible. Everyone from the front desk staff to the vets have gone above and beyond to help care for my dogs and you can tell they have the knowledge and experience to care for your pets. Jenny at the front desk is friendly & patient with everyone. Denaya the technician is very knowledgeable and kind to the dogs. Dr. Tracey Gebhard takes the time to explain all of the options and the costs associated with those options. It does not feel like they are in it to make money but rather they truly care about the animals. Dr. Tracey took the time on a 30 minute phone call to explain my dog's diagnosis and answer all of the questions that I have. She was also able to diagnosis my very sick dog after our other vet refused to see her. I would give more stars if I could. Definitely recommend.

Caring! Everyone is very thoughtful and helpful. We Moved our animals , at that time 2 dogs, to Animal House over 20 years ago. They helped us with a very ill young dog with several issues. We have had many pets and they have always made me feel how important my pets are to them!

The BEST vet clinic around. We have taken our chocolate lab there for years. Dr. Pruss is honestly SOOO great with our dog. He had some back problems and she came up with a plan to try and get him back on track without surgery first given his age and it paid off! He's back to our usual loving, active lab again and we didn't have to put him through the pain of a surgery at such an old age or us through the significant expense. It's great to find providers that are looking out for your dogs long term quality of life in looking at options for treatment. Highly recommended.
