Panera Bread

Panera is one of those places that you just crave food from! I love a good bagel with veggie cream cheese, but really have an even bigger love affair with their sandwiches and salads! Green Goddess Salad has my heart. I also love anything seasonal that passes through!

Very well run Panera. Customer service is paramount. The General Manager Melissa is top notch and happily assisted me with a gift card issue today. Thanks to all the wonderful management and staff that serve the Washington area every day.

Good food and service.
High prices are the downside.

* Portion sizes for take-out soups at Panera are smaller than dine in prices. There's more in a pre-packaged container of Panera soup for a few dollars less in price at Walmart.

I LOVE PANERA. The food is always so good and theirs always comfortable seating. I love going to Panera to eat dinner and do my homework, it’s the perfect environment.

Passing through visit but great experience, delicious food (soup good on reheat, and bread was crunchy, yum!)

Stopped by on a rainy afternoon/early evening. Ordered at the kiosk and sat down to some wonderful comfort food.

I lost my phone here while on a bus trip. They found it and promptly mailed it back to me! Great customer service!!

Always good food & service but lately they have been out of Avacado and today Pecans. I wish there was a free substitute when this occurs. The app takes you to "add ons" & they are not always free to substitute.

Best customer service ever! Door dash canceled our order for some reason, Panerai didn't know why so they remade the order and brought it to us themselves! Thanks so much! We a work a very busy salon and never have time to leave for lunch, so this made our day! 🙂

I always use the online ordering so I cannot really offer an informed opinion on the service to those who choose to wait in line at the registers. However, at the Panera, my purchases are always fresh and ready for me to collect at the times I request. The prices are also reasonable. I also like the rewards program. Update for May 2022: Different day, same excellent service.

Nice people, great manager, no shorting on dressings. Clean. As Panera's go, one of the best.

Stopped in to grab a salad for dinner. I was very happy with the individual taking my order. I was able to tell her that I could have no dairy, wanted no meat on my salad ans ask her what options I had for a side. She was very kind and did not try to rush me or make me feel that I was bothering her in asking for a special order. The food took a little longer than it typically takes at a Panera Bread, however, since my order was to go and was special order, I was not too worried about it as long as everything was correct on the order. I was pleasantly surprised that my order was made exactly how I imagined it. The only issue I had was that I found a small piece of chicken in my food when I did ask for no meat at all.

This location is one of my favorites! The staff is always so friendly and kind. The only time I ever had an accident mistake the whole staff was very sweet and helpful. The manager Cory R. made sure everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Definitely coming back soon!

Quick, great soup and quiet atmosphere

A group of four of us went with individual take-out orders. We were met with pleasant staff, our orders were correct and delicious! I have a Panera membership and the woman was nice enough to take my phone number down to get me a physical card that I never received. Great service!

I love the new kiosk to order from it's nice. Food was good, clean busy but not crazy food came out fast.

Despite being incredibly busy and short handed (an entire soccer team showed up at lunch) the staff were friendly and hard working. I hope the store appreciates the staff and shift leader / manager that they have.

Always great food. Love going and will return.
