Milo had ACL surgery. We were very worried, but Dr Miles took his time to anwer all our questions and to explained everything we could expect from the surgery. He also called to check on him afterwards and made himself available. The visits didnt feel rushed at all. Our Milo is still recovering and thriving. Dr Miles has many years of experience and we couldnt be more happy to leave our baby on his capable hands. Finding a doctor that shows patience and compassion, like Dr Miles, is very rare nowadays, where everyone is just a number. The entire staff is just wonderfull and we are extremely thankfull. We would definetely recomend St Charles veterinary clinic to all our friends and family.

From the initial phone call to the check out process, everyone is professional and courteous. They always get me in quick. Which is great when your pets needs to be seen quick. Everyone is friendly which makes myself and my pet comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Job well done peeps!

St Charles Veterinarian Clinic is the best. The doctors and staff are very kind and caring. My cocker spaniel is under the care of Dr Miles for some orthopedic and thyroid issues. He has helped her tremendously. He puts her at ease and is very gentle. He explains everything fully and really understands how much someone can love their dog

St. Charles Veterinary Clinic has been the "go to" place for my family for over 40 years. When my dog Sweet Pea passed away last year, they had a tree planted in honor of her. We now take our new dog there, and the staff, from the reception area all the way to the vet, is always a positive experience.. I highly recommend SCVC to anyone looking for extraordinary care for their pets.

My dogs have been patients of St. Veterinary Clinic for 20+ years. The front desk staff, the vet techs, and the veterinarians are all exemplary. I have been fortunate to have connected with an amazing vet, Dr. Jennifer Martens, who cared for my dogs for many years. Through her diligence and tenacity, she literally saved the lives of two critically ill dogs. Fortunately for me, when Dr. Jenn left a few years ago, the puppers and I met Dr Amy Fietelson. She is knowledgeable, professional, delightful, and clearly caring. My doggos love her, as do I. The “herd” and I look forward to a many years as her patients. I would never go anywhere else❣

Dr. Miles is so wonderful and very informative. He completed two ACL surgeries on my large dog. Thanks to him she is doing so well. The vet techs and staff are so nice and welcoming.

My cat had an injury on his nose that wasn't healing and it was making me nervous. I was able to make an appointment right away. The front desk was extremely helpful when I called and just as sweet when we came in for our appointment. The vet took her time with me to explain what had caused his injury and got us an ointment that helped him heal up in no time! You can tell the staff at St Charles Veterinary Clinic truly loves your animals. They will be our permanent animal doctor. Highly recommend!

We have been bringing our little Pomeranian here for her entire 10 years of life and find all of the vets to be very friendly, personable, and helpful. The emergency vet attached is also comforting to know that if we have a problem after hours we can always go there to get help.
