I took my Boston Terrier (Buddy) here for surgery as he was cryptorchid. Dr. Huffman performed the surgery and did an excellent job. Not only was the doctor and staff very detailed in answering any questions we had, but the staff followed up with us and demonstrated genuine concern for Buddy's wellbeing. Scheduling Buddy's surgery was simple and convenient, and all options and pricing were thoroughly explained.

We LOVE Orchard Road Animal Hospital. Dr. Flieg & the entire staff are amazing. We found them due to our dog Jax developing a tumor and needed to have it removed. Dr. Flieg was the 3rd vet consultation we had and was straightforward in her approach, explained the procedure thoroughly and also let us know what to expect. We are so happy we picked Dr. Flieg for the procedure and they were unbelievably kind while our pups recovered and needed quite a few bandage changes. This is our go to vet now even though the drive is a longer one, it is well worth it. Thx to the entire team here. ❤🐾

Melissa and Sidney at the front desk were kind and wonderful. Courtney, Cherokee and Dr. Kearns were gentle with my 10 week old puppy Ruby. It was her first time at the vet.

Lucy and Patty were traumatized when they were very young. The vet was very sweet with them talking softly and praising them. She was very gentle with my girls and I'm very glad to have found a vet that is soft and gentle with them!

I can't say enough good things about ORAH! They are responsive and caring with my rescue dog and I always feel like they place the well being of my dog over profiting. I've had a couple times where my dog has displayed symptoms that I emailed and asked about and they responded promptly and never pushed me to bring her in for anything mild so they could just charge me. It's reassuring to know how much they love their pet patients and won't do anything they don't feel is necessary. We see Dr. Huffman and he is always gentle, kind and compassionate when discussing my dog's health. You can really tell how much he cares about all the pets he treats. Their costs are also very reasonable and their hours are easy to schedule appointments around traditional business hours I work. Absolutely the best Animal Hospital in the area!!!

Dr. Flieg and her team, especially Laura were amazing in reliving my dogs pain and my stress. Doctor has always seen our dogs and has been patient with one of our mildly anxious/bitting dog.

Was seen same day and can’t thank her and her team for being so understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Was prescribed medication to relieve the issue and immediately Rosco is feeling and looking better.

I've been taking my two cats to ORAH for over a year now and have loved them so far! We see Dr. Flieg and she is great with the cats. My first visit was with my first cat and she sat down with him and gave him so much love while I asked all the questions I had about being a new cat owner. Recently my cat needed some dental extractions and that was done by Dr. Huffman, he was very kind and went over the prices with us in detail, offered options to reduce costs but still help our cat, and called to keep us updated during the operation. We have so far been very impressed with the staff at ORAH and will continue to leave our babies in their hands!

First time bringing my dog Dillon here for his shots! I can’t say enough about this place! First off how we were greeted it was like we were a regular there! they put us room right away. Dr. Huffman and his assistant Lauren were super!! They were so very Kind gentle and caring!! My Dillon has anxiety and I’ve never saw him so calm with Dr. Huffman and Lauren! I would recommend this place for great care and professionalism for your pet!! Thank you again!! 😊

Newly started bringing our dogs here this year. We have been seeing Dr Distajo mostly and she's amazing! So friendly and good with our dogs. The techs and receptionists are always so polite as well. Each visit is consistently the same great service and we never feel rushed. Glad we made the switch to start coming here.

I had an appointment for my dog Hunter to get his nails trimmer up last week before a trip. They had an appointment open the next day with a tech. Quick service, once you arrive and call the desk to let them know you are here. My dog didn't quite like his nails being done so they came and had me come in to the room. We did the peanut butter treat trick and made it through the trimming. Both techs were great and even said next time since he was so nervous we should try some meds to calm him down. The pricing, service, and staff get an A+ with me.

Dr Flieg and her staff are simply the best. Compassion, medical and surgical excellence, your friend will actually be excited to be cared for here! Our pup had a sarcoma surgically removed, very technical surgery, with complete margins cancer free. Stormy required numerous visits to heal the large loss of skin. She has a complete recovery and is back to providing local squirrels awareness training.

The office was so clean and well organized! The staff members were kind and you could tell everyone loves animals! And, our cats enjoyed watching the movie playing in the exam room lol Just an all around wonderful experience!

Everyone always so friendly and the vet's are always so kind and caring. Have alway's treated our pets like their own.

We've been coming to ORAH for 3 years and both me our dogs LOVE the staff here. We have a dog who does not care for her appointments and the physical touch associated with it, but our vet, Dr. Distajo is wonderful and is so gentle with her. I especially appreciate that ORAH will let me stay in the room for their exams, shots, blood draws, etc., since I am very particular about my dogs and like to stay informed about all of their care.

One of our dogs will stay here for boarding and the few times ORAH couldn't take him I was so stressed out putting him somewhere else. I won't use anywhere other than ORAH for our pet needs!

I have several difficult-to-handle large dogs.
It's hard to find a good vet that is both able and willing to care for them.
The vet techs have been very helpful.
Dr. Distajo has been excellent and at times courageous.
I highly recommend both her and Orchard Road Animal Hospital.
I won't go anyplace else.

The people was so nice! Even though we couldn’t be there for our cat Gizmo, they made us feel good about taken him there. They fed him, they did only what was asked and nothing more.. I’m definitely gonna take him there again!

Dr. Distajo is absolutely wonderful! She has been our pomeranians vet for a few years now and she has always been extremely patient with our anxious little girl. The office staff is always extremely friendly and I've never had a bad experience! I highly recommend!

We took our new puppy to the clinic for his first check up and vaccines recently. The Vet took the time we needed to answer "new puppy" questions that we had about behavior, feeding and training. It was a positive experience for our puppy also, as he was given delicious food to eat while the exam/vaccination was going on. We are glad that we chose ORAH for our puppy's care and will return for our next visit! Pleasant experience.
