How is everyone reading this post. This Aaron's is great because the management is the best of the best. I have worked with the manager Marcus for years and he truly is a great person. No worries at all here.

Wilson and Fidel were AMAZING workers to me. They were fast and very careful with my furniture. They made sure to fix any problems that I needed and were very patient. I am so grateful that they helped me with my move and that Andy did me a favor by having them travel farther than usual to my new place. Thank you so much!!!

Juny did a really good job with helping me find the perfect couch for my new home. She provided great customer service. Ande and Fidel did a great job on the delivery. They moved everything in fast and made sure that I was happy with the way they set everything up. Great job guys !

Just got my Couch set delivered and I’m in love! Fidel and Wilson the delivery drivers were amazing, I was so scared the couches wouldn’t fit in my home and they worked really hard to get them in and they were also extremely friendly. Everyone that I met at the store has been very nice and helpful as well. I’ll be renting more from them soon! 100% recommend!

This store is the best Aaron’s that I have rented from. I’m a newly single father and they took their time to help me find the right furniture for me and my son’s new place. Kendall and Randy are the best delivery guys in the business!!! They were kind and professional. Everything was put together correctly.

Fidel & Jose just put together my new 🛏 bedroom set & it's absolutely beautiful! They were very professional & were in & out in no time. Way to go Aaron's. There's a good reason why I came back to you after paying off the furniture I got from you previously back in 2012.

Fidel and Jose delivered my Tv today, and they, both were very kind, courteous, respectful, and On Time with my delivery, I have been dealing with Aaron's for awhile now, and Andy the manager is definitely very knowlegable, and is also very understanding, and Easy to talk to

I’ve had the pleasurable experience of ordering multiple things from Aaron’s over the past couple of years and it’s been nothing but great. They’re customer service is fantastic and, they truly care about their clients. Andy the manager has been very helpful through it all and is there to make sure any questions I have are answered. When I first bought a couple furniture pieces, he made sure it got delivered on the day and time that I needed it there. Andy has facilitated this entire process and, helped us make sure it all went smoothly. Truly recommend you all to check out Aaron’s and ask for the general manager, Andy. I got a bedroom set and they were extremely friendly! Fidel and Jose were so generous 😊😊
And a week later we got a fridge delivered. They have great options and it helps the staff is friendly! Definitely happy with there service 💯

My delivery team was Fidel from the new York in aurora location. I was super pleased how quick he did his job. He was very sweet and the process was very fast and I’m very satisfied with the store and the delivery driver thank you!!

My husband ordered me a HP laptop for our anniversary. Fidel and Wilson delivered it with the paperwork. They were very friendly and polite. Great company to do business with! Would definitely use them again!

The people working there are the best! Andy, the manager goes out of his way to get you everything you want . One of the nicest people I have ever met. I got a new washer/ dryer and my 2 delivery, set-up men, Kev3 and Don (Kevin and Donovan) were also two of the nicest people ever. They handled the delivery (not easy) with extreme care. Making sure we understood how to use them and even moved the old washer/dryer from the laundry room to await their new owners.This is the second time I have done business with this Aaron's and it won't be the last!

First of all, I’d like the thank the manager Andy for his awesome help! He’s helped us with computers, couches, and beds to figure out what works best for us! Our tv fried when I plugged it in Aaron's and Fidel their driver/deliverer went above and beyond in setting me up with a new tv in time for the Blackhawks game.
Thanks to Fidel specifically,, for climbing a bunch of stairs(twice) and helping with the setup. A great company with courteous staff!

Who would’ve thought his would be so easy? From placing the original order online to the delivery, I would totally give more stars if I could! Andy, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure my paperwork was done. Kevin and Ande, who delivered my furniture, were prompt, very polite and it clearly shows they are well-rounded, young men with bright futures. They set everything up in a timely manner and were nothing but pleasant. We, as consumers, never hear the good and always the bad, so kudos to the team for their professionalism and efficiency! I would do it again the same way with the same location! Thank you and please make sure the team receives the recognition they deserve!
