They charged me $10 for expired beef jerky, like expired by almost 3 months. Ate some and it tasted off so we checked it and it expired back in May.

I just left out of there and the AA young lady you have on the front counter has locked the entrance doors, and you all are not closed. She is RUDE and Nasty. She not hospitiful at ALL! She is surfing of her phone right in front of customers, she did not greet me or smile. She needs some customer service training or just another job. I have never experienced this rudeness before, in the past 4yrs. I can't believe you all allow her to behave like that.
