Aidan Rodriguez who she calls herself a manager is rude and unprofessional and needs to be retrained for her position. She needs to learn how to listen to her customers and give better service in plus she calls this place her office bad bad bad.

How is there deductible is $2000 and doesn’t add the rental either now my daughter is out with the rental car that’s why I gave them a one star and still won’t fixed the problem at all Fred Loya insurance is no good insurance company

I'm literally on my honeymoon they called my wife for a payment on the insurance they won't let me make a payment over the phone very impolite I can't renew my policy which is ridiculous I called the cooperate office complete mess no reason I should directly have to be there to make a payment very poor service and bad customer treatment will not be back
