She was 100% honest and practical

It was the first time seeing her, she walked into the room did not say hello or greet you in anyway asked what can I do for you. She gave us the impression that she did not believe that my son was having problems and that he was only there for narcotics even though we didn’t ask for narcotics.
He’s a 22-year-old boy with chest pains cough and discomfort and she really didn’t do anything she kept saying well you don’t seem like you’re in discomfort.
Would not recommend her to see my dog.

Asked for a referral for flu test and covid test because I got sick after coming back from school, they did not answer until a whole week later. When I called them to ask, they keep saying they will call me back and there's more important things to do than referring me to a test. After a week, they called me back and asked if I still wanted to test. I asked isn't this too late, and they said it's not too late to test for flu, it's just too late to treat.
