After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Thanks Jose amazing delivery job while the other 2 Best Buy attempts left house a mess

Great furniture and customer service at low prices and quality!

Went into their showroom and staff was very helpful. They were very easy to work with. I was stuck on my mattress choices and Sandra walked me through pros and cons of different styles making my decision very easy! Although they do not deliver on Thursdays or Sundays, they were very flexible with working with me on what days I was available after work. Will definitely come back!

Over the years I have purchased 2 living rooms sets, a bedroom set, a fridge and 3 washer/dryer sets. I have always had really good service, fair pricing and timely delivery. I choose to shop local and support this family business that's been in the heart of downtown Aurora because they take care of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

Great experience all around! The sales guy was patient, helpfull and friendly. The delivery price was very reasonable even out to Streamwood. The delivery guys were very quick, efficient and pleasant. Will definitely shop there again.

José has delivered all our furniture and he is the best Delivery guy that I ever had he’s very personable and does his job very well I would recommend in Lamphere’s to anyone also Zach is a great sales man and he’s very good at his job as well

Just had a delivery from Lampheres. Delivery was on time. With a phone call to let me know they were on their way. And eta they would be there.. guys were great and friendly.
Also the sale of the furniture by the salesman(s) and Sales lady we’re all extremely curtious and helpful. Thanks Lampheres staff for a wonderful experience 😀👍

Great variety of furniture that changes weekly. Very easy to work with, and financing is made simple even for those with low credit. The only downsides are non-automatic monthly payments and the woman that answers the phone "Hello..?" And seems irritated that you ask if this is in fact Lamphere's

This is the best furniture store in Aurora. I've been buying furniture from them for over 6 years. Couches, mattresses, bed sets for me my kids. dining table, coffee tables. I prefer Ashley brand furniture and they also have it in stock. Delivered to me in 1-2 days. Very happy with this store. Ask for Sandra Mireles. She will get you the best deal and goes above to make sure you are satisfied. Ty to all the staff and Sandra. One more thing, they also report to the credit beaurea so if you need to establish credit this is a good place to start. Omar

I have bought quite a few things from them Such as a Englander king size mattress, a dresser and an Ashley head and foot board which we also got the drawer units for under the bed for both sides. I love this place. We are planning to buy more things from them

Best service, I went to a horrible place on Indiana trail took 3 months to get my furniture, didn’t even get it all. I cancelled them and came here and 2 days later ALL my furniture was at home and super comfortable. thank you!!!
