Freebird Stores - City Creek

Visiting SLC, I almost passed out when I realized there was a Freebird STORE close to our hotel. We don’t have them in DC! I got my whole family addicted to these shoes, they’re so unique and gorgeous. The store is lovely and comfortable, key when you’re there for an hour trying on Everything! What really pushes this store over the top is the level of customer service. Taylor was a doll and beyond helpful. She suggested colors and styles I may not have otherwise considered, and was incredibly patient and accommodating helping with sizing and dealing with my general indecisiveness. I bought 3 pairs!! She darkened one pair for me, waterproofed another, and shipped them all for free since they wouldn’t fit in my luggage. She made it a joy to shop, and I hope to be back someday! Thank you Taylor! :)

NEVAEH IS AMAZING !! Bought 3 pair of Boots. She was a breath of Fresh air customer service was first class!!! I usually just like to look around myself because to often the employees at other retail stores seem annoyed you’re asking them for help. I asked for several different styles of boots and never once did she act like “dude make your mind up!” And I absolutely love the boots! Highly recommend this place your money will be well spent and most importantly you will be treated first class!!

Well my Wife and her Daughter love this store. They both bought boots and they sent there shoe home by mail. We was flying at the time. Great service and my wife is so happy with her Boots

It's rare these days to find decent customer service, let alone INCREDIBLE! But Taylor at the City Creek location is an absolute delight, along with the other staff. You feel welcomed, they're helpful without coming across pushy.
I went in to see what the color looked like in person for a pair I was looking at online, and while there Taylor buffed a scuff out of the pair of Freebirds I was wearing! I love the quality of Freebird, but it's the customer service that will keep me coming back! And for the record, I left with another pair of boots in hand!

Absolutely LOVED this store. I had been wanting to go for a while but it was a little far from me. I finally made it and I am IN LOVE. For a person that never wears heels, I hesitated, but these shoes are incredibly comfortable. I wore them all day to a rodeo and I never felt tired... everybody had something to say about them. Customer service was absolutely great as well... she helped me find the perfect pair for me after I tried pretty much all the shoes in the store.
Can't wait to get my birthday present from my husband who already got a hint.

My sister and I went in today and were very happy with our service! Diane helped us and went above and beyond making sure I got the right fit and color. I’ve never had someone pay that much detail into making sure the fit was right! Thank you!

Today we shopped for my sister and I and Sienna was so nice and patient with us as we tried to find her a pair of boots. We ended up with three pair two for her and one for me. They even stretched out one of hers so the ankle straps would fit right. Hello world we can't wait to rock our new shoes!!!

Let me just say that I’m so happy for the store manager here! She was able to help me with a issue on a final sale that was not quite right (being final) she went above and beyond to take the boots I had and let me exchange them and ALSO gave me 15% off because she was so understanding and wanted me to get a pair that were a bit more in price but I really loved! I would like to say after going to fashion Place and then city creek.. City Creek is 100% the best and I loved that they were so nice, not pushy and down to earth! Thanks ladies!

I own 2 pairs from Freebird and LOVE both of them. I worked with Natalie and she found the perfect pairs, that fit me just how I wanted them to. AND they came all the way down here to Houston WITH a note of appreciation from the team! Hands down, best customer service ever. Can not WAIT until their summer shoes start coming in (since it is summer a lot of the year here)!

I work with the tall blond model named Natalie Every time I go to city creek freebirds. She helps me find the perfect shoe for the occasion, provides a true quality experience every time. She even puts the shoes on for me! Shopping for these amazing luxury booties and boots is a treat but it’s even better with the service that Natalie provides.

I called last week, from St George, (unfortunately we don't have a Freebird store here), asking for a specific beautiful pair of shoes that I couldn't find online, well, Paiper at City Creek went above and beyond and made some phone calls and found the shoes I wanted. She called me back and I was able to buy them over the phone and she made arrangements so I can get them delivered. She got me impressed by her amazing customer service and promptness to help me. I am happy today because they arrived. Love my shoes!!!! Thank you so much Paiper 💓

I can't say enough good things about this store and the ladies that work here. Everyone was so helpful, especially Madison and I am so grateful! This is one of my favorite brands and I was a little overwhelmed and Madison was so patient with me. I loved it all so much, I bought 3 pairs! Thanks again Madison! Freebird is lucky to have you!

I visited the City Creek Freebird this afternoon to try on a couple pairs of boots I had seen online as I was unsure where they’d hit on my ankle. I worked with the GM who was lovely and helpful. I’ve had 2 pairs of Freebirds over the years and loved them, but there’s never been a store where I lived. Really impressed with the service and will be back next time I’m in the market for new boots!

Darling staff. Great friendly service! Beautiful selection of high quality, unique leather boots! After wearing out my true blue Harley boots- I Bought my first pair of Freebirds.
Not a traditional steel-toed riding boot, but I’m excited to give them a whirl.. “summer riding”

The store is beautiful walking in. I enjoyed seeing the styles laid out in multiple areas to see everything while being able to respect distance from others. Mia was an exceptional sales associate. She new the products and was able to assist/fit me into a pair of sandals I now love! Thank you Mia!

I've ordered 3 pairs of freebirds in the last few months and I am in love with these shoes! I really wanted the Cheyenne but it was sold out online in my size. I called the store in SLC and Chloe offered to help me find one and to my surprise there was a taupe multi in my size in the back! It literally made my day and Chloe's customer service was superb 👌 Freebird has amazing shoes and amazing employees and I cant say enough good things!

Omgosh the service was amazing! I came from Kansas ( where there are no Freebird locations) and the girls were so friendly, helpful and patient with me. Ended buying 4 pairs! 2 for myself and a pair for each my son and boyfriend. I have no regrets, when I visit my son for college I’ll be back.
