I when to get some items and a lady named glo help me she so nice always smile she was a big help because I picked up more than what I wanted. I did not even realize that I needed it so much. Thank you Miss Glo.

Stopped in to check for infant clothes. Very good selection to choose from at sale prices, which always helps as well. Friendly staff at the check outs makes your shopping experience more enjoyable. Well arranged childrens section to guide you from infants to young children. My wife found some very nice clothes at very reasonable prices. The staff at check were very helpful and friendly.

Came to get great child birthday outfit. Great selection and was asked if I had a JCP CC I said last time I had one was when it was cardboard with a metal clip lol... Than I wS given another with a 35% off the purchase now and on any other items I may get today..

Love this store. I think it's nicer than Rockford's store. I'm retired 35 yrs from JCP and I know what good customer service is. They were very good this weekend.

I have not shopped at a JCPenney store in years and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and organized store with friendly sales people. Lots of sale items, good prices, stylish clothes and even cotton and rayon clothes instead of "plastic" polyester ( which is very hard to find these days). I intend to go back soon.

Amazing shopping experience! Who would've thought from JCPenny? A gentleman from the men's department by the name of "Tom", put me into a great everyday blazer and did everything he could to find some pants from the surrounding Penny's until we finally had to order them from catalog. This guy went completely out of his way to help me and made me feel like he was hired just for MY shopping experience, much like a personal shopper.

Great selection of men's shoes, got a brand name for a reasonable price. The men's department was very large and stocked well. The staff friendly and courteous. Great experience overall.

Easy online ordering andvpurchase was ready when they said it was going to be...good prices also.

Everything was on sale. We always come to this JcPenney. Nice little store. The workers are friendly too.

I found what I hadn't found In 8 other stores. A red scarf. A younger woman helped me tremendously in the Juniors section as my arms were full! I will be here first next time!
