Woodfire Tavern

Nice traditional Italian restaurant. The interior is a bit outdated but still cozy. The food was pretty good. We had salmon and mahi mahi plates and it came with soup which was also good. Not too busy on Sunday evening, plenty of parking, and lots of food choices, pizza, steaks, ribs, burgers and more.

We came to celebrate Anna's birthday and we had a blast. The venue was able to accommodate our 20 friends and no one was left out! The server was amazing and shout out to the host who made this possible. Food was delicious! We ordered the Platter for Two (Ribs, porks, Links, ahhh so good) and it did not disappoint. Will come back again.

I quite literally had the best cocktail i’ve ever had at this spot right here! I came in last night with my friend to meet for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by this spot. Immediately upon walking in i was greeted and seated. Within minutes of seating i was greeted again but by a waiter. Amazing service! I then ordered my raspberry margarita and it was the best cocktail ive had in about 2 years. Paired with my wagyu platter which was not bad at all. I had a great night. I even think i met the owner on the way out who wished us a good night! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Ate here tonight with the golf buddies. The hostess was very nice, the waitress very attentive and the food was outstanding. I'm not sure I ever ate a better plate of beef. The owner asked how everything was when we left. Hurry over here for dinner. No I wasn't paid for this it was that good.

Very nice meal with a group of 6 people last night. Everyone was well pleased. The only negative was the chicken was a little dry, but possible that it is common result when smoking it. Would highly recommend the brisket or pulled pork platters.

The food here is great! We went here for dinner and we were not disappointed. We were seated quickly and the waitstaff was very friendly and helpful the whole time we were here. We tried out the cheese curds, pulled pork, and the brisket. You really can’t go wrong with any of those and this place makes a great brisket. I would highly recommend trying this place out if you’re thinking about it!

This is a great place! We had the pleasure of celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary here. Rented the upper level at it had a very warm and homey feel. The owner helped customize the perfect menu. The food and staff is amazing. Thank you George & Melissa for a wonderful day!!

Was at the Woodside tavern for a extremely busy event . Brandy was our server for the whole 2 day event. She was one of the best server/managers I’ve ever seen in action. Super busy and unbelievable service and attitude. I was tired just watching her run around and up and down stairs. After all of that she still managed to spread her contagious smile and positive attitude. A true asset to the restaurant. We ate at the bar both days and had great service, she was a huge help with TV's on Sunday to watch NFL. Burgers were amazing, great recipes that weren't normal finds and everything tasted great.

A semi frequent visitor to Lincolnshire, IL. I will never miss a chance to visit, eat and drink here. The staff is on point! The food, well come-on, there's fire and smoke involved. Bourbon selection... One of the best. Enjoyed speaking with the GM and owner George on my last visit. Highly recommend

I live in chicago but visiting this place is quality by chicago standards. They have a great food menu. They also have room for parties and events other local places can’t handle. Visit this place if you want to throw an event. The owners gave me a tour of the place to show they can provide an enjoyable time for any type of event if you’re close to them.

Great BBQ and a fun atmosphere with live music on the night that we went. The owner is very nice.

If You haven't been there yet I strongly suggest it, The building has been there for quite some time but the new owners have cleaned it up made it more inviting and are completely involved with the day to day operations, greeting the guests and really making it a fun place to enjoy a very good meal. The menu is large and will pretty much please most tastes. Try it for yourself!

My friend and I met at the restauragnt after the Apple Fest. We ate on the patio with my dog. The Woodfire Chopped Salad was delicious and hearty. Our server was Michelle, she was very pleasant and exellent as a server and very personable with the guests and the dog. We will definitely be back. She even brought us Grenadine to get rid of the bee that was bugging us. It magically went away.

Server was cool as hell and food was 🔥🔥, the Flaming Greek Saganaki for $12.99 was interesting!!

Bella is one of the sweetest most kind bartender’s I’ve met. Had great conversation and some new drink recommendations. The environment is lively and comforting. 10 out of 10 experience will definitely come back again.
