The staff at the walk-in clinic were incredibly kind and patient and knowledgeable. I got the care I needed, and felt respected and informed during the entire process.

It's now getting better that they have 4 more Dr's, and evidently they want to stay. So we'll see. The Dr I have Josh has some real bedside manners and definitely knows what he's doing!!!!!!

Everyone was extremely comforting and nice! I hate doctors, but they made me feel at ease and Dr. Hanson is the best!

Good walk in clinic

Have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an apt here, have had trouble when directly trying to reach this location as nobody will answer the phone. Some of the staff is questionable in their profession but we haven't had any issues with vaccinations, lab, or physicals.

Update: After getting the run around from nearly all other ObGyn offices who couldn't schedule before 6 months out despite having an implant expiring in a few weeks, I called CHC ObGyn. The woman was very kind and happily handled my appointment scheduling it in Davenport two weeks out. Given, I haven't yet been to the appointment but the Customer Service I experienced today was beyond my expectations.

The wait times can be long, and all the staff I have dealt with have been pleasant. If you have a scheduled appointment and arrive early it isn't so bad, but I have waited for at least an hour or more for an appointment that was scheduled. I give it three stars only because of the inconsistency in wait time vs. when the appointment was actually scheduled.

We have had mixed experiences. Most recently, very good.

I’m a single mom of 3 kids I have to take everywhere with me, and just got told for my 1 year old to be seen I have to go to the walk in that there’s no appointments for 3 weeks out? This just doesn’t seem right..so sick babies are waiting 3 weeks to be seen if we don’t go sit in a walk in for however long it takes to be seen that day?? How do we get better healthcare for our babies this is horrible :(

It's ridiculous trying to get an appointment here. You can't make appointments in advance and the slots fill up too fast. If you call in the afternoon forget about it!! YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR OR MORE JUST FOR THEM TO TELL YOU THERE IS NO OPENINGS FOR THE DAY!! You need to change the way you do appointments CHC!

Good doctors but terrible management I dont know how it makes sense to have appts when the clinic doesn't honor the times
