Staybridge Suites Chicago - Lincolnshire, an IHG Hotel

The staff are always very pleasant. We stay here every month and never have any problems. Natalie and David and there other staff have been very accommodating to our changing schedule and attentive to making sure everything is in working order in our room. This place is 100 percent better than an extended stay hotel. Won't go anywhere else.

Stayed here a few times.Nice location, friendly service,good breakfast,enjoyed sitting by the fireplace with my Beau,cozy room.Work out room,heated pool.Free washer & dryer machine.No other hotel that I know of offers,free washing.

Very nice, clean, great breakfast and coffee available at all times. Stayed with 2 other friends for a girls weekend. Roomy and up to date.

Rooms are great! Plenty of space in queen suite. Kitchen had full sized refrigerator, electric stove top, dishwasher, full size microwave and fully stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils for 4! Plenty of closet space with doors, shower and toilet separated with a door from bathroom sink. Full self- service breakfast bar with hot food! Heated indoor pool for the kids and exercise equipment for the adults

On a girls get away weekend we rented the 2 bedroom suite. It was super clean and had all the things that you would need to be comfortable with. I like how the bedrooms are separated and they have lotions and all your shower needs available. The free breakfast was really good as well.

Staybridge Suites is ALWAYS my go to when I travel. This location was one of my favorites! We did a weekend getaway with the kids just to get away from the BIG CITY for a couple days and it was soo nice! The boys enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the picnic area on a beautiful day! The manager even came and sat with us and asked us if we were enjoying our stay!!! We had a really nice stay and highly recommend this location !!

Our one bed suite was very comfortable and quiet. It was furnished with a complete array of kitchen appliances, cooking and serving utensils.

Hotel is located conveniently one hour away from downtown Chicago and boasts an indoor pool and large continental breakfast. The room was large with a kitchenette with granite counters and a separate bedroom space. It was perfect for our family of 4. My only complaint was that the pool water was uncomfortably cold and there was no hot tub. Overall, we would stay again!

I started here 10/28/22- 10/30/22 for my daughter's 16th birthday. I honestly overall enjoyed it! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms were a decent size with the sink in the physical room. Water pressure was great. Both air and heat was great and would freeze or burn you up out of there.

-I wish I would've known that it was only 2 eyes on the stove instead of a full- I made it work though

-kitchen came with every basic necessity to function i.e pots, pans, bowls, measuring cup, glasses, (various sizes)...spoons, forks, butter knives (no butcher knives)... microwave, coffee pot, fridge/freezer (full), dishwasher.

-washing is free!

-pool open from 8am-10pm

-free breakfast 6am-10a

-beds were very comfortable

-2 WalMarts near 3.1 mi away for both

-you can request things but easier to just go to desk

My husband said that the walls were slightly outdated and a couple of the doors screeched really bad but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will stay again.

Nice clean rooms, a bit dated, but comfortable. Staff was especially nice and friendly. Anna got us checked in early and took care to accommodate our needs. Would definitely stay here again if in the area...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for my born day/night! Ingrid, Natalie, & David were all super helpful & attentive to any questions I had & their attitudes were all positive. The hotel was very clean and my bed was comfy. The complimentary wine & snacks round dinner time were a nice added touch.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Quiet location. Really great staff. Grab & go Breakfast was definitely appreciated. My room was clean & comfy. Plenty of room to move around. Of course, the full kitchen is always convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodations for my 3-night stay. I loved having kitchen access as well. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked well. Hopefully when staffing issues are resolved, they can address smaller issues like unclogging shower drains, and cleaning out the kitchen light, but those were the only drawbacks to my stay.

Love this hotel! The only thing that needs improvement is maintenance, our thermostat wasn't working much, you had to keep adjusting it or it wouldn't turn on at all. The garbage disposal wasn't working in the room, unlike the last room we stayed in. Beds are a little on the soft side. Overall, the place is wonderful and I'll definitely return. The staff, Angie specifically is SUCH a pleasant person to interact with and very accommodating.

I have been here twice in two years, each time a delight. Very nice beds, great kitchens, and most importently clean. The most recent time I was there they place out breakfast early for everyone by half an hour because everyone in the hotel was leaving soon. The staff was very kind and on their toes. Wonderful stay. Looking forward to next year

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was great and had enough space for everyone we. We had three adults three children. We had 1, 7 and 12 year old on deck. It was basically a two-bedroom apartment. the living/dining room had a pull out couch with small chair as well a table with 2 chairs. Small kitxhen with refrigerator, stove with two burners Electric, Dishwasher and microwave. One bedroom with a queen-size bed full bathroom with closet, ironing board and a laundry basket because there's a laundry room on site. Across on the other side of the living room was the second bedroom that had two full size beds another full size bathroom closet ironing board with iron as well as a second laundry basket. The breakfast was on point as well. Definitely a place to return to. The indoor pool was nice and outside had bbq and to fire pits. If you want to shop that's nearby as well!

My 5th time staying here. Overall, SUPER nice staff, pleasant “complimentary” program - they do beer/wine and heavy snack foods like meatball sliders 5:30-7:30 which is a nice touch. The breakfast is on par w completion, good. The few negatives are just minor nuisances - 1) ripped shower curtain needs replacing, 2) some of the towels in my room had stains and lose strings on the edges, 3) noise level was bad (room 140) last stay but not an issue in the past (upper floors). I would avoid the first level rooms next time. I would still happily stay here again!!

Very good service, everything is clean, kitchen has full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher (old one but it does the job). Convertible sofa in the living room and king size bed in a separate room. Only one sink in the restroom
