Both myself and my daughter had a great experience with Amy yesterday as we both upgraded our phones. She was the only employee working and managed to take great care of us and each customer that walked in the store. She greeted everyone and tended to them quickly and calmly 😊

I received exemplary assistance from the store's manager, Gabriel. I brought in three cell phones that were donated to my foundation and asked for assistance in determining if they were unlocked or not and if the Galaxy phone was even working. Gabriel quickly determined the Galaxy phone was not working and one of the two donated iPhones was unlocked. He then donated a recycled AT&T cell phone that had recently been dropped off. I am so grateful for his knowledgeable, professional and courteous service as well as his immense kindness in donating a used phone since only one of the three donated phones I had received was in working order. Gabriel epitomizes AT&T's wonderful customer service.

The representative was very knowledgeable, helpful, and I would definitely recommend that store to anyone, customer service is great.

Grateful that I can resolve one of the many nightmares incurred via AT&T prepaid & AT&T Router, among other network devices (IOT hacking, data breach, & other cyber attacks are not a cakewalk, to top it off my sim just randomly decided to convert into eSim amid all this chaos! However I am happy that the wireless service provider I had for over a decade and half is still doing something right with patient, professional, and actually helpful!! I really hope to resolve my “texts
go green” issue & mms rerouted to email :)

Context: Moved from TMobile to ATT after a year to save some money and upgrade phones.
Cannot recommend this store more. I came in with serval questions and frustrations, but both Gabriel and Jennifer answered them all and helped me and my family out immensely. They took the time to breakdown this pseudo-bill I got in the mail, worked with ATT to help save us time and money with trade-ins and shipping, and were really patient as well.
