Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Lincolnshire

Came to this location to get out of the city. Very quite area. My husband and I were celebrating our 8 year anniversary. We had an upgrade to a king suite, which was nice. It had a balcony and microwave. The bathroom is a bit small but nice. We also had the breakfast package. So you can get anything off the menu. But know there is no buffet. We also asked for a late check-out, which was great.

Very clean and we'll kept. Surprisingly empty. The walk in shower is great, they ditched the mediocre typical hotel tub. No continental breakfast when we were there, unfortunately.

Nice, clean, and recently renovated, this is a very nice Courtyard. It’s actually nicer than most Marriott-branded hotels. Comfortable furniture, outlets where I need them, and a good mattress… that’s a good night’s stay.

First time staying in this location. The hotel is beautiful, it’s clean and it’s quiet, but by far the friendliest front desk staff I have experienced to date. Main reason for the review and will definitely be back. Chantil has been here every night, has greeted us, made conversation with us, remembers us and is just an all around pleasant person.

Surprisingly comfortable stay in Vernon Hills. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and nice private lobby seating. There's also a short bar in the lobby for some food and drink.

The main reason I will return, though, is the mattress, sheets, and pillows! Super comfortable!

I work with a company not too far from this hotel. It's pretty nice area. They were working on the exterior so everything looks nice and new. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Wi-Fi is fast. Half-day Brewery is the closest restauant to sit and eat. I've stayed here a few times over the past year and have not had a bad experience.

One of the best gyms you will see in a Courtyard property. Plus, the Des Plaines River running trail is less than 1/4 mile away from this property.

needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks to study for a big exam. we made a good choice as the hotel was clean and modern with the new renovations! The staff was also very friendly, and they have the most welcoming manager. Would definitely stay here again

The staff here were fantastic. Had a great experience, they were super helpful. They definitely put customer service number one. We came with the group and the group also had a great experience. Exercise room is a little small, and they are building a new pool, hopefully the exercise room improves with the construction completion. Great location. I had a little trouble finding a restaurant that delivered, but there are a lot of good carry-out options

We stayed in a double queen suite. Room was clean, hotel was quiet and clean, an for an extra $10 included breakfast from the Bisto. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. The pool area, decor, and all else was nice and made me feel like I was in a more expensive place. Great value!

I have stayed at the Marriott Lincolnshire a few times. i love the hotel. But mostly I have been coming here for their fantastic theater productions. I'm not sure if they've returned yet in 2021? But I can say I do highly recommended this hotel.

Our construction crews travel the country and spend a lot of time in hotels. We enjoyed staying at the Courtyard in Lincolnshire. The staff was attentive and friendly. The property was clean and inviting. Highly recommend.

I am traveling on business and I'm a huge energy drink fan. This morning I decided to check their little store, hoping they would have an energy drink that I could grab before heading out for training. They didn't, but as I was speaking to the front desk, the GM Mark was so kind to ask me what my favorite was. I told him and he told me he would pick one up for me. I get back to my room with 2 monster energy drinks and a wonderful letter from him. I can say, this was the greatest guest experience I've had when staying in a hotel. Thank you Mark for going out of your way to make a guest happy!

Check in was seamless and fast. The room was very clean and we were able to order room service and food arrived within 15 mins! Also check out is at noon so I got to sleep in. Would recommend it to friends and family!

Sitting at the bar, gettin dinner at 9:55pm. Chef had no problem serving us even though the kitchen closes at 10pm. A man walks up at 1015pm and asks if the kitchen is open, one of the employees said it closed at 10. The customer said I’m starving anything you can do for me. The Chef Todd turns around and says that’s no problem! Great customer service! 5 stars!

Sara Tercero was amazing . We were staying across the way and lost water . Her customer service was well beyond 5 stars. We came in frustrated and upset and she handled it . Thank you . We wish we could stay here for all soccer events

Had a great stay here for a wedding. They gave us a lot of accommodations, but also gave the group of attendees plenty of freedom and slack. They kept the lobby bar open until 2 am for us!

Large parking area. Nice front check in staff and clear signs to direct you. Nice meeting rooms, good heating/cooling controls and projectors. The location is very convenient both from the airport and northern suburbs.

Quiet, clean, and friendly place. Good hotel. Continental breakfast is also good. Stayed here twice after wedding receptions. Shuttle service to the venues was also very good.
