Galati's Hideaway

This is a really cool bar and restaurant. We decided to eat in the bar area which was a great decision. Loads of TVs, large space and a very nice bar. Service was excellent and very friendly. We ordered Sicilian Chicken, Hangover Burger, Gluten Free Pizza and Onion Rings. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. This place seems like the perfect lunch spot, place to watch the big game, or the local watering hole to have some fun! The only thing it’s missing is a dart board and multicade machine.

Great food and atmosphere. I drive 40 minutes from Elk Grove whenever I want good thin crust pizza. The food and drinks are priced well and Kyra is an awesome server. Super attentive and friendly. Definitely an awesome bar/restaurant with great staff.

Second time eating there last night for my wife's birthday. The food was fantastic and service was really good also. The steak kabobs I had were amazing. Definitely going back.

Love to eat in the restaurant but first time ordering catering… well it was spectacular!!! Ordered small steak skewers and half pan of chicken vesuvio to have another couple over for dinner. Food was ready ontime and absolutely delicious!!! Thank yoy Galatis for being consistent with your food quality and great prices too!

Just do not over Order - the quantity here is Great!
These guys are generous when serving food , quantity is easily 3 times downtown restaurant !

Love dining outside. Large portions. Delicious food: recommend chicken skewers, sweet potato fries. Sautéed veggies!

My favorite middle of the week go-to place to unwind with a friend and enjoy some 1/2 price appetizers & wine. Always amazing service.

What a gem of a place, 1st time here and it did not disappoint.

Service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious.

You definitely get what you pay for and more....portion size was enough for leftovers.

Everything is top Notch. Love the bar and all the TV's . The homeade mexican food and Sauces for Taco Tuesday specials I would put it up against any Mexican restaurant. And if course our favorite is there homemade stuff shells.

Consistently great food and wonderful customer service. Josh and Elaine the GM helped me out with a gift card issue. They were so friendly and helpful. Great place!

We were here for a 90th birthday party. The staff, food and drinks were all very good.

Huge portions!! The steak salad was simply wonderful. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the server was extremely friendly, and patient with our large group. Looking forward coming back.

This was our first time here and won’t be our last! Everything was amazing food, drinks, and service! The portions were huge. Vodka sauce was the best I’ve ever had. Bartender went out of her way to make us a jalapeño margarita that was amazing! Can’t believe we’ve never eaten here before. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic place with great food. Sat on the dining room side which is completely separate from the bar side and quiet. Meal was delicious. Best Caesar salad I've had in a while and the meat in the lasagna had a wonderful flavour. Even the bread for the table was fantastic. Great service and a nice little coy pond out front.

Three different atmospheres depending on your preference. There's the bar area which is a nice sports bar. There is a separate dining room that is more quiet but still with a couple big screen TVs. Then there is the outdoor area which has it's own vibe. Plenty of choices on the menu. Much more than the typical bar food choices. My only problem was there was too much to choose from. A good problem to have which will just bring me back for more.

It was a great place for a date. It had a bar with a live band in the next room. You would never be able to tell. They feed you like family. I had to take home food because it was a lot. Go there one of the best place I ate at.

Can either get great bar food or food like Nonna used to make! Amazing servers and bartenders 💪🏼

Food and service were 5 stars. I would have preferred sitting in a dining room where our conversation didn't compete with the gaming machines and TV

As always, Galatis is one of the gems of Cary, IL. Been making great food for years, never dissapointing. Authentic Italian cuisine, wide variety menu, and great service. Definitely a must visit place if you are from out of town! You won't be disappointed!
