The Reserve

It's so much fun here! It has the Ambiance of The Rat Pack. It is very reminiscent of the old times with friends and family from my youth. Beautiful songs and music. Chef made up a pasta dish for my vegetarian friend.
I like the Reserve Salad. It is a pretty salad. I like the soups. They are flexible with food allergy substitutions. The waitress informed the chef for me about my nut allergy. The food is very tasty. Beautiful dreams are made here.
Great for Wedding Rehearsal Dinners. Separate rooms.

Mariah provided fantastic service. First time here and it was delicious. Didn’t know what to expect but the filet mignon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Very tender! Shrimp scampi side was just alright, two small shrimps for $10 didn’t seem worth it. I also recommend the loaded baked potato.

You could cut the steak with a fork. It was tender, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The salads were delicious. I was disappointed that they did not have the French onion soup on the menu. We also enjoyed the sweet potatoes with nutty butter. They were hot, creamy, and paired very nicely with our meal. The service was top notch. Very attentive and knowledgeable.

Stacey was our server for this evening. Her positive energy and genuine smile added a wonderful touch to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Stacey’s commitment to providing excellent service greatly enhanced our dining experience.

Our dinner we had was absolutely delicious! For appetizers we had SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE & PARMESAN CRUSTED SCALLOP . For Dinner CHARRED LAMB CHOPS & WILD MUSHROOM RAVIOLI. Because of how good everything was we order JUMBO SHRIMP SCAMPI to go!! 😋

Every bite was bursting with incredible flavors and it was clear that the chef put great care and expertise into creating such a memorable meal. We were truly impressed with the taste and presentation of each dish.

It's a great experience all around! It's a nice upscale restaurant that you don't have to wear a suit to. We got steaks and they melt in your mouth. We used butter knifes to cut them with no problem. It's a must check out place if you in the area and want something you won't forget.

Food and drinks are consistently good. Filet mignon is well seasoned and everything else my husband has tried have been delicious as well.

Amazing food and service. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There was not a single complaint from any one in our party. I highly recommend it.

Had a great experience last week with 2 friends. Laurie was our server, who did an outstanding job! Food was good, as always.

My Mother received a food comp so she took me to the Reserve. The food and service was excellent! I had the Chef's soup which was Beef Barley, also had the Blacked Atlantic Salmon and Creamed Spinach. Mom had the Reserve salad and the Filet Pops as her entree. Delicious and nice presentation!

My Husband loved it and I loved watching him enjoy himself. Lobster bisque Amazing. Steak was tender. Lobster tempura delicious. Asparagus melt in your mouth tender.Drinks extra boozey!!

The reserve has excellent food. Always a great experience with friendly staff. Food hàs never disappointed. The sous chef saw us sitting at the bar for a while and made sure we were taking care of even gave us a special little treat for the wait. So it's great customer service always going above and beyond. Highly recommend this place. the steak is one of the best I've ever had

The Food was Excellent the SERVICE was Excellent, The 2 hosts that took care of us were so on top of our needs and accommodating of our party, for my brother in law Birthday Party, 🎂, The 4 of us all had the special Sunday Prime Rib Dinner, with appetizers that were so good, The head Chef even came over to check on us to make sure our food
was prepared to our liking, Karen our server was always aware of our table, to make sure the night was perfect, It's employees like this, that keep the Reserve to achieve its high standards, Thank You to all that took care us for your amazing work ethics,,,,

This place was excellent! The food and service were exceptional. I know it's a steakhouse, but the brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had!

Portions were excellent the food was very flavorful and I would love to go there again they have a a very nice selection of wine and spirits very calming and relaxing atmosphere and the service is top notch

Fantastic place! Vicki was a wonderful server. She knew I wanted soft serve from the Laurel lounge so she got me a bowl of soft serve to go with my cake because it was my birthday. And a big thank you to my casino host Lindsey Conway... hes a wonderful guy!

This restaurant is inside the Harrahs Joliet. We made reservations for 7pm and when we arrived, they couldn’t find the reservation. Come to find out that the restaurant changed the reservation for 6:15. Anyway, the host was nice and found us a table. We ordered our food. It came quickly. Everything tasted amazing.

Fillet all day. Candied bacon, brussel sprouts, scallops are all good.
