I spoke to Carlos expressing I was looking for a Quote for a Non Owners Policy and that I needed it to get my License back that were suspended. He was very Professional and Pleasant on the phone, and also had a sense of humor. The phone call was quick and I was a very Satisfied Customer who was discouraged from trying a new company but was very happy that I did.. because the quotes beat out the old company I was with and 2 others I searched online. Great company, I forgot to change my payment information after losing my card and they called to remind me that my payment needed attention. Love that they do that instead of just letting you forget about it so you get late payments or even your insurance cancelled.
