Penn Station East Coast Subs

Best Italian sub I've ever had. So good. Bought a large fry to split with 2 people and we couldn't finish them.

Excellent Sandwiches and Fries. Chicken Teriyaki on this day. Seems to have improved since my previous visit.

I had a great experience the second time I took my dad. They made a complete order with fries and everything was the way it should be. The general manager reached out and apologized swiftly, but it took a couple months for me and my old man to get back in. I appreciate the workers, manager and owner.

Came to this location hour and half before close to find out after our subs were ordered and made...so we paid for everything waited...then they told us they were out of fries. We would of went somewhere else.... we were not offered a coupon or gift card for future use for our inconvenience

Penn Station is my absolute favorite place to get a cheesesteak. I found this chain while living in Cincinnati 25 years ago, and while I can't get it as often here in Michigan, I stop whenever I can. I only wish there was one in Muskegon. Their fresh cut fries are something else we crave as they're soo good

The food is good. I'm partial to their chicken teriyaki sub & fries (and did I mention the yummy cookies). But have to tell you the service at this location (W. Saginaw Hwy) was even better than the food! It's nice to feel like a welcomed guest. Will absolutely be back!

There were only 2 workers very busy handling lots of both online pickup orders and walk ins. They worked hard, efficiently, yet were nice through it all. I commend them for doing that in what appeared to be an understaffed situation. And our subs and fries were hot and delicious. Great job!

I have found my new FAVORITE Sub place. If you haven't tried it - DO!!! My favorite sandwich is the Artichoke on Multi- Grain Bread with a Side of Fries ( these fries are the best). They taste like Fair Fry's & served in a cup with a Pepsi on the side.

The subs can be heavy, but they're all around delicious. The best part of the visit are the fries and the lemonade. It's best to avoid rush hour if possible. Their general manager, Chris, is very knowledgeable about the menu and great with customer service.

Their subs are top notch, their fries are fresh made and so good, they taste like the fries you get at the fair and they supply vinager to put on them too! They make fresh lemonade and it also tastes like what you get at the fair. It's my favorite sub shop hands down!

Fast and friendly food. Loved my sub, one of the best Italians I've ever had. Hubby and his dad also loved their food. Fresh cut fries make the best meal.

Subs are great and the fries remind me of fair ground fries and that is a good thing. The sub preparation an cooking could be a little fast and there is normally a wait if there are 2 or more people ordering, but the food is worth it.

I loved it I got the artichoke sub it is amazing and the fresh cut fries are delicious I would have put a picture up but this review thing just popped up on my phone but what ever is all on the artichoke sub it tastes good like that that was my first time going to this one on Saginaw hey great service from the guys that were working on our food

Great customer service, food was good and price was right. Only complaint was menu listed avocado but it was pre bagged guacamole. No bueno.

Eat here often. Food is always fresh and tasty and fries are amazing. Plus Trina is a master of customer service!

Staff was fast and the Reuben sandwich was delicious. Also the fries, fresh lemonade, and chocolate chip cookie were spot on.
